  Service department is horrible and very unprofessional. I have a complaint pending with corporate office currently. As to speak with Service manager or member of management several times. No one returned my call. I have all ways been a Mercedes owner. Tried changing to the Genesis GV80 upgraded package. Sells team was top notch the service department is their downfall. I'm not the type of gentleman who likes giving detailed bad reviews.

  Wonderful product knowledge, listened to me and found the right car for me! Quick decision on my part. Only comment was from decision to leaving was a bit long.. be prepared. All very nice though.

  Our vehicle search was effectively handled by Jackson. He provided information on the myriad of features during our demonstration drive. Samatha was friendly and easy to work with during the purchase negotiation.

  I had an amazing experience buying my car from Jenkins Genesis of Ocala! Everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely wanted to get me a great deal on my dream car. The financing process was quick and very smooth. I never felt pressured or like they were just trying to make a sale—they truly made me feel like they had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend Jenkins Genesis of Ocala!

  I visited weekly for a month before I decided on a Genesis GV 70. I compared it to 4 other popular cars with similar features and the others paled in contrast! Firstly, the sales team at Jenkins Genesis of Ocala always greeted me with such care and they were not just professionals…they were excited and passionate about the vehicles they were showing me. I’ve owned Fiat, Saab, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Nissan, VW, Lexus, Oldsmobile and Ford products. No sales team has ever been as dedicated as those at Jenkins Genesis of Ocala! Their excitement and enthusiasm was evident on each visit. Every time I visited I was introduced to additional staff members…they’re like one big family! I finally decided on the options I wanted and they celebrated my choices, took photos, congratulated me on my decision, and continue to make my purchase so special…I’ve received brownies and follow up calls, gifts and will soon be visited by the IT department (Genesis University is real!) so I feel confident linking my auto to my home and so I’m confidently utilizing all of the features my GV 70 offers (it’s a process). I’d recommend Jenkins Genesis of Ocala to anyone who wants more than “just a car”. Owning a Genesis is the optimal automobile experience! I LOVE MY GENESIS!
