  We had an outstanding experience at Land Rover Ocala! Damion took exceptional care of us from start to finish. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable during the test drive and every step afterward. There was never any pressure, just genuine professionalism and outstanding customer service. Ken has built an amazing team at this dealership, and it truly shows.   Booked appointment online drove 1 hour 45 minutes when I got there they said online doesn't work that they could not do my oil change but they can do it in 4 days I drove off and said I will not be back
