  We had such a great experience with General RV from start to finish. Chris York was our salesperson and Jimmy helped us with financing, and they were both beyond amazing. Chris was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Jimmy made the financing side easy to understand and painless. When you’re making a purchase this big, the people and the process really matter, and they both made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. The entire staff was professional and the process was smooth from beginning to end. A huge thank you to Chris and Jimmy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend General RV.

  We purchased our second camper from General RV recently and the experience was amazing. We did not intend on buying one, just looking (you know how that goes) and we were blown away. Tamara helped us out and she was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. She went above and beyond! She hooked the camper up to power for us to walk through, which we did not have this experience with our first camper purchase. We told her what we wanted and what we wanted to steer away from and she hit the nail right on the head! Super fun person to talk to, shared stories our kids and pets. She explained everything very well and even helped us out the next day when we called with a few follow up questions. We are very happy with our second camper purchase and Tamara definitely sold us on it! Ask for her if planning to purchase from General RV, very knowledgeable and easy going, fun attitude. Thank you Tamara for making this buying experience fun and easy!!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Esteban Baez at General RV Center of Ocala! From the very beginning, Esteban made me feel comfortable and never made me feel like he was just trying to sell me something. Instead, he genuinely took the time to help me buy the right RV for me. Esteban was incredibly patient and hardworking throughout the entire process. It didn’t matter how many RVs I wanted to look at—he was there every step of the way, answering my questions, showing me different options, and making sure I felt confident in my decision. His personality made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable, and he made the interview process feel seamless and stress-free.   We had a great experience buying our RV. My family and I visited four different dealerships before making our decision, and Esteban Baez was definitely the best salesperson we worked with. He was very patient with us, never made us feel pressured, and was always available to answer our questions and help with anything we needed. I also want to thank the person who did the RV walkthrough with us. He took his time explaining how everything worked and answered all of our questions. The person who showed us how to connect the hitch and tow the RV also did a great job and made sure we understood everything before we left. There are a few things the dealership could improve, but my 5-star review is because of these three people. They really made the whole experience much better for me and my family. Thank you Esteban Baez and the team for all the help. I would definitely recommend Esteban to anyone looking to buy an RV.

From the moment we started talking with him, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions, and Esteban took the time to answer every single one. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we had all the information we needed. At no point did we ever feel rushed. What impressed us most was that Esteban truly listened to us. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale he wanted to make sure we were comfortable with such a big decision. When we told him we needed some time to think about it, there was absolutely no pressure. He respected that completely, which honestly made us appreciate him even more. It is refreshing to work with a salesperson who understands that earning a customer’s trust is more important than pushing them into a purchase. Esteban went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. His knowledge of the camper and his willingness to patiently walk us through everything really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the people he is helping. We left feeling informed, comfortable, and confident that all of our questions had been answered.
