  My wife and I received great, non scheduled service at General RV, Ocala on April 9th of this year. A front roof vent cover had blown off our Class-C and our same open and close mechanism from the inside was defective and rattled. Everything was replaced under warranty with no charge. Audriann our service advisor, Sybil and Mike were so helpful, friendly and professional! Mike even adjusted my tire pressures before we left. We would definitely return if needed in the future.

  Wish I could give a better review. My salesman Matt, and finance Mgr DeAndre were awesome the deal went smoothly up until the service dept got involved. The unit had a bent jack that was to be repaired. The tech was more interested in installing the accessories than he was fixing important things. We had signed the papers and completed the deal and waited over 3 hours for everything to be completed. We were told at one point to pull the truck up they were bringing the unit around. We sat in the truck running outside for over an hour under the canopy waiting, only to find out the tech did not take care of that issue and another safety issue was discovered that was completely overlooked. They basically drug the whole thing out until closing time expecting us to take it as it was. I learned long time ago you dont take delivery unless everything is 100%. So after all the drama we unbound the deal, reclaimed our trade and went home. Truly disappointing experience. Salesman great, finance great, service dept I have zero confidence. I have no confidence in inspection or repairs based on what I saw and experienced. To add even more context to this. My wife absolutely did not like the camper we were trading in. She loved the one we were trading for. She worked over a week packing up and cleaning the trade. After the service issues she is the one that made the decision to unwind the deal and leave.

  James Smith was our salesperson and he is amazing. As new campers, we didn’t know much but he walked us through everything and eventually we decided to purchase same day. We were disappointed with how long it took to get though pick up process. Told us it would be around 3 hrs and took us 6. We’ve had the camper for a few weeks. Tried to get in for 2nd time and the lock didn’t work. Have to replace it. Too far away to go back to get it fixed.
