  I had an excellent experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Ocala International Airport, and I especially want to recognize Gino M. for his outstanding customer service. Gino M. was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to assist made the rental experience stress-free and enjoyable. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but Gino’s commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Employees like him are the reason customers continue to return and recommend Enterprise to others. Thank you, Gino, and the entire Ocala Airport Enterprise team for providing such exceptional service.

  There’s an employee there at the Ocala airport branch by the name of Brandon. This guy gives phenomenal service and professionalism. He made my experience smooth and enjoyable. Error free he was very knowledgeable of Enterprises policy and vehicles along with their features. Thanks to Brandon I will continue being a loyal customer with enterprise and highly recommend them.   First: Brandon was amazing. Personable and professional which is a rare combo these days. Second: Car was clean, well maintained, and pickup/dropoff was painless. Only problem I really had was that the text sent with the 'reply for help' sort of thing was difficult and there was no easy way to extend the rental. In fact, it seemed convoluted for even their staff. But even then once figured out it was easy enough to pay with a card on file. 7/5 will be using this place in the future.

  I would like to express my sincere admiration and respect for Mr. Allan Spinyu, the manager at Enterprise. Recently, I had the opportunity to witness a situation that left a lasting impression on me. A customer was treating him disrespectfully and repeatedly insisted on speaking with a supervisor, even after he had politely and professionally explained that he was the manager of the location. What impressed me most was not the situation itself, but the way he handled it. At no point did he lose his composure, respond negatively, or use his position to simply end the conversation. Instead, he remained calm, respectful, and genuinely committed to helping. In today’s world, many people use leadership positions as a means of exercising authority. Mr. Allan Spinyu showed me something far more valuable: true leadership is not about having the power to say “no,” but about having the willingness to find solutions, even in difficult circumstances. As I observed the interaction, I realized that his title was not what defined him. What truly stood out was his character, professionalism, and genuine commitment to customer service. Even while being treated unfairly, he remained focused on helping and on creating a positive experience for the very person who was treating him that way. This kind of attitude is rare and deserves recognition. Enterprise should be proud to have professionals like him on its team. People like Mr. Allan Spinyu strengthen the company’s reputation and demonstrate, through their actions, the true meaning of excellence in customer service. My sincere congratulations and appreciation to Mr. Allan Spinyu for his professionalism, leadership, and outstanding example of how customers should be treated. Thank you for setting such a high standard and for representing Enterprise with excellence.

  This place one hour before our reservation an having about a month of been reserved called n let us know that they didn't have our rental, we have to re pack the bag and make other arrangements cuz the only car they have was smaller than the one we need it. Plus they have the audacity of give us only 10 percent for THEY mistake. We have to take it we had NO options i expected better wow
