    Was that there was very friendly very courteous would definitely recommend them you need to rent a car for the weekend or it might be you have to have a car because your car was totaled definitely a 10 out of 10

    The silver springs location has a lady Ms. Brewton who's is very professional and friendly. So far everyone at this location is wonderful.

    Great staff. Keishara went above and beyond by personally calling the insurance company and having them upgrade and cover the insurance for the rental for me. When i returned the car i didn’t get his name but he had red hair and glasses, he was very quick with the return and had me on my way immediately. GREAT JOB

    Staff needs to do better at explaining what customers are signing and will possibly be charged. I was charged now over $300 and was not told I would be charged. Instead I was told the insurance company who paid for the car rental would be charged. I called to try and get things resolved several times and could not get ahold of someone. Worst car rental experience ever and I will for sure let everyone I know about how terrible Enterprise is!
