  Very friendly staff. I was checked in and out quickly and my car was ready when it was promised. Highly recommend them!

  Car smelled like weed, I wasn’t too concerned about that. I was concerned about the 20+ roaches I saw ranging from small to huge all over the car, inside and crawling out of crevices on the outside. I killed at least 5 before one crawled onto my leg while driving and bit me. I’m allergic to roaches as well as our kid. Thankfully I was able to control the allergic reaction with benadryl and didn’t have to spend my vacation in the hospital and the kid didn’t end up getting bit. Employees didn’t care and customer service doesn’t wanna respond, so avoid this location unless you have a thing for roaches I guess

  The manager, Christopher Pressey, is a person who does NOT know how to manage his staff. At a time when he is dealing with a large number of customers, he does not know how to handle ANYTHING. He leaves the problems to his employees when, as the manager, he should be stepping in and handling the most critical situations. In my personal opinion, he is still very immature and does NOT know how to manage people. He left me aside, and more than ten people who were behind me were helped before me. I will definitely never rent from this location again because the treatment I received was very aggressive, and the car smelled like cigarettes. Do not rent from this location because they are going to treat you like shit....... Sorry about the comment.

  I booked a car online then took a $20.00+ Uber to pick up at scheduled time. Only to get there to find they had no cars and had no idea when they might have one. The lady at the desk was friendly but they need to do something about the reservation system.

  Chris, the manager at this Enterprise location, took care of my cousin and me and made the whole thing painless. He was attentive, quick, and friendly from start to finish, and his team matched that same energy. I will say this as a business owner: Chris is exactly the kind of team member you want representing your company. I hope Enterprise is compensating him well, because if not, someone else will happily hire him.
