  Went to this location today to get a rental for my mom to go back home after visiting me for Mother's day. The place was full of customers and I only saw 1 employee running around trying his absolute best to take care of everyone quickly. I think he said his name was Chris. He had black spikey or curly hair and super chapped lips. Poor thing probably hadn't had a sip of water all day. We had a reservation plus we did the mobile check in and still had to wait almost an hour. He explained that they were short staffed and had to detail the cars themselves. Needless to say he kept his composure and attended each customer one by one as quickly as he could. Enterprise needs to give this kid a raise as well as hire more employees. Its not right to take advantage of loyal hardworking employees that way. All customers stated the exact same thing i was thinking. I read your response to my review and its as I expected it to be. A BS generic response and for that reason i have dropped the stars to 1 star from 4 stars. I am a business woman and understand that you are only as strong as your employees. That you reward your good employees and cut out the weak instead of putting up with the weak and overworking the loyal. That company moral is the backbone of a business. I truly hope you make the necessary changes to better your business not only for yourself but also for your loyal employees.

  Enterprise is a great company. The people they employ are respectful, kind, and courteous. That’s all I ever experienced each and every time I’ve rented from you I go nowhere else absolutely not. My hat is off to all of you. You’re doing a great job and it never goes unnoticed at least not for me. See you soon.

  Poor customers service they don’t deserve to work there whole team need to replace in downtown Ocala brunch manager is Christopher pressey, I had reservation week in advance it should be today at 12:00pm and it end up there no cars and I canceled my reservation and went with hertz instead better in 5 min with hertz I got the car I want I will never going to do business with enterprise any more

  I had a reservation for a truck for a one-way move from Florida to Maine. Because this was time-sensitive, I called three times in advance to confirm availability and even received a confirmation call from Enterprise the morning of. When I arrived, there was no truck. Instead, I was pushed toward a small SUV that wasn’t even available on-site. I explained I was moving a full load of belongings long distance, and this wasn’t a viable option. No alternatives were offered, no larger vehicle, no transfer to another location, no rescheduling. Just “there’s nothing we can do.” I was left without a vehicle for a major interstate move, with no support or accountability. What is the point of a reservation if it isn’t honored?
