  I changed my review because management did call me in and explained their situation. I'm expecting good service as before and appreciate their time and effort to resolve the issue. Got a great wash today!

  What was there today? August twenty sixth love the employees. Great attitude. Great personalities, always a good atmospheric. When I go to that caliber view as many of the other ones, this one is by far my favorite

  Great customer service I had an issue they made it good and plus quickly highly recommend them very good. Dot bang for your buck here. Definitely a great service two thumbs up five stars.

  Sometimes I leave satisfied but I'd say about half the time I am not. I have a membership and go often. Sometimes the spray in the bottles smells like vomit. The employee said it smells like that at first when they mix it until it activates. Idk about all that. Sometimes the car wash itself smells like old mop water too. You also have to hop around a bit to find a good vacuum sometimes. Today I went and it was so slow, one employee was literally sitting on the curb on her phone after I went through the wash yet there were ZERO clean towels at the vacs. I was one of 3 cars there. They were not busy at all and I let them know. She did not care one bit or offer me a towel or anything. She just said ok and kept looking at her phone.
