  Kronn helped me today! He waved me into the card wash track. Huge smile, made sure to scrub my windshield, and put extra water on the back of my car and scrubbed it before I went through the car wash. I appreciate when people take pride in their positions and Kronn should be proud of himself. Keep it up!

  BEWARE! We don't even live close to this carwash and were in the forest and stopped by for a ONE TIME car wash. The new owner/manager signed me in on his tablet and took my cc info. We were then billed later for a recurring service fee of 23.99 for a subscription we were never asked to sign up for or never wanted and will never need. Check your statements people because this is fraud!

  The wash itself is decent, but the vacuums dont seem to have a lot of suction. They no longer have air fresheners available for free like they used to have, but there is window and all purpose cleaner available to use, as well as clean rags for your convenience.

  I’ve been a loyal member of Caliber Car Wash for a while now, but my recent experience at the E Silver Springs location on February 29 was unacceptable. While going through the wash, the dryer damaged the trunk/roof area of my vehicle. Since then, my rear light has been loose and is now literally hanging. When it rains or gets dark, this becomes a serious safety issue. I currently have tape holding it together just to drive, which is embarrassing and dangerous. I already spoke with a manager at another location and submitted a claim through the website, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. This is not just cosmetic damage — this is a SAFETY concern that your equipment caused. I trusted this company with my vehicle, and now I’m dealing with damage that should have never happened. I expect this to be handled and repaired immediately. If you value your customers, please take responsibility and fix this situation.
