They let me use the vacuum without car wash. So nice because the car was washed the day before.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE!!! My husbands mirror of his truck got damaged and a piece of it fell off im guessing from the blower, was not loose or anything. Went back the following day when he relized it was no longer on his truck and filed a complaint. They reviewed the video and saw it was on when he took it through but never said if it was still on when he went out( which tells me it probably wasnt) went a whole month of going there to find out if they where going to replace it and they told him "sorry we can't do anything about it because you left the propery". Needless to say he canceled the subscription to there and they will never see another penny from us.

I just have to give a shoutout to Josh at Caliber Car Wash! I’ve seen him working at both locations, and every single time I go through, he is genuinely one of the kindest and nicest people I’ve encountered. He always has the biggest, most beautiful smile on his face and makes you feel so welcomed. He truly seems like an absolute angel and is such a wonderful representation of great customer service. Caliber is lucky to have him! ❤️

Google says they open at 8. I have been sitting in line for 30 minutes past 8 and no one has bothered to open. I’m better off just doing it at home. What a waste of time. I mean, it’s 8:00, not 4 a.m. Get it together.

Scammers! I've been using their service for over 2 years and it has been going downhill for over a year now. They've overcharged me on multiple occassions now, quoted me one price and charged another, and billed me for two additional months after cancelling! They do not respond to emails and don't have a customer service phone number. Their onsite people are clueless and the tire shine feature is broken more often than it is working. Very frustrated that they have zero avenues for remedy. Who do they think they are, Google? Looking for a reliable carwash now, which means I will now have to drive further from my home...all because they are totally aloof and unreasonable...shameful. Moving on. Will be sending them a demand letter to recover some of my losses.
