  Went here because I needed bird poop and insects off of my car. When I got home I looked to see how well it did and it barely did anything. Ive seen rain do better. Waste of 20 bucks. 1 previous time before went well though.

  I have been a member for a little over two years I believe and this place has let me down. As Melissa Claudio another reviewer at this location stated, be careful with this place because the wash can knock your side mirrors straight off. My side mirrors even had the capability to bend inwards once pressure is applied as a normal function of the side mirror to protect against things like this and it still broke my side mirror. The pressure of the side mirror breaking was so strong I could hear it clatter against my window. In my experience they did not have a district manager reach out to me as the manager and corporate stated they would. It’s been since May 12th, 2026 and it’s now June 29th and I have still never heard back from calibers district manager despite reaching out. Never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism from corporate but the manager Luis did take the time to file a claim for me which I appreciate. Apperently from reading the other review this has happened before and by the pressure of the wash on the side of your vehicle I’m not surprised. My car is not even that old (2016) and is in good shape barely over 100k miles. Nothing was wrong with my side mirrors until this car wash….

  I just got home from getting my car washed and noticed this damage on my car. I tried to call them and nobody answered and it said they do not take voicemail. Terrible customer service

  Go anywhere else. Car was still dirty after wash. Wasted my time and money. Manager refused refund and rewash.
