- EMEvan MerlinoMay 2, 20261.0I got a battery from advanced auto parts, contacted advanced about warranty battery isn’t even one year old and had a bad cell they told me battery has a two year free replacement but because I can’t find the receipt they are refusing to warranty battery. Contacted corporate and they told me they will not honor the warranty disgusting what they charge for a battery and refuse to stand behind I will never use them again. My advice spend your money with a reputable company that stands behind there products contacting better business hopefully they will stop these crooks.

- CBCount BlahFeb 15, 20262.0I love Advance Auto Parts, but this experience was wrong. I purchased an ignition coil and a spark plug from this store today. I returned half and hour later having found that only the spark plug was bad in the car. So, I went to the same associate, receipt and part in bag and requested a refund for the untouched coil. The associate said she could not accept the coil as it was an electrical part and it's against the company policy. I corrected her by stating the policy does not allow refunds for used electrical parts, this one hasn't even been touched by me. She then took it, examined it and issued a refund. We then asked for 3 more plugs like the one before. She stated she only had one. I asked to see it and noticed it was different than the one she previously sold to me. So I went to the car and pulled out the new one to show her. She acknowledged it was incorrect, but since I had installed it she would not take it back. We purchased 4 new NGKs and left...I called another store and gave them the scenario, they said they would refund me and apologized for the incorrect part... be careful with this store.
