  Tire Kingdom on Commercial Blvd delivers absolute 5-star service, and Reggie is exceptional. ​I came in needing two front tires right at the end of the day, and Reggie went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule without hesitation. The turnaround was fast, and the pricing was significantly better than the quote I received at Tires Plus. ​Reggie’s customer service is unmatched: ​Professional and Personable: He has a great personality, takes time to understand what you need, and genuinely cares about his customers. ​Fast and Efficient: He made sure the work was done right while getting me back on the road in no time. ​I will definitely be returning for future service. Highly recommend asking for Reggie if you need tire work done!

  I would like to sincerely thank Geoffrey for accommodating me at the last minute during an emergency. I truly appreciated his willingness to help and the customer service he provided. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager, Reggie, was extremely disappointing. I briefly went inside to get a card so I could leave Geoffrey a positive Google review. While I was there, Reggie came in and instructed Geoffrey not to check me out and to assist another customer who had reportedly been waiting for three hours. When I respectfully approached Reggie to express my concern about how the situation was handled, his response felt hostile and dismissive. He told me that they did not have to accommodate me at the last minute. While I understand that I arrived under unexpected circumstances and appreciate being accommodated, I do not believe that justifies speaking to a customer in a disrespectful or unprofessional manner. As a manager, I would expect concerns to be handled with professionalism, courtesy, and respect—even during a busy or stressful situation. I am very grateful to Geoffrey for helping me during my emergency, but unfortunately, my experience with management left me extremely disappointed.

  DO NOT GO HERE! I didn’t change my mind on the battery as the receipt states - I agreed for the battery to be replaced and was given an OLD battery! Jeffrey and Reginald are so rude & disrespectful, I will absolutely never go back to this business. Worst experience I’ve ever had! As if dealing with a flat tire isn’t stressful enough, my experience here was absolute hell and now my car is not even drivable. I had my front 2 tires replaced in December 2025 here and it all went well so when I got a flat fast forward to July 2026 called mavis/tire kingdom. Got my car in Sunday 7/26 for 2 new back tires - Jeffrey quotes me $400 for 2 new tires including an alignment which shouldn’t have been required come to find out. Initially reduces alignment price from $119.99 price to $59.99 - then while my car is being serviced he calls and says my battery needs to be replaced as well - said another $249 and he’d throw in a brake flush. $400 quote suddenly went to $844. He told me it would be $249 for new battery and I was charged $299.99. I was also charged for $49.99 for brake flush & $119.99 for the alignment. Not even a week later 7/31, I’m driving running errands and I get “check charging system” / VSA / ABS lights and the horn won’t honk - I had a neighbor look at it and come to find out the “NEW” battery they put in is old dated 4/25 and the terminal cables are loose. Reginald is insinuating I’m dumb/ liar and still insisting it’s not an old battery when the sticker on the battery clearly shows 4/25 and my car didn’t have any of these issues prior, just a flat tire. Video, receipts and all and I still have to spend more time and money to have my car be a safe driving vehicle again! STEER clear of this business they fully take advantage and still try to justify their actions. I was charged $300 for an OLD battery and now my car has suddenly all these issues. I would never trust any of these guys to touch my car again. They all sat there in the waiting room and watched me lugging the bad battery back in and didn’t even say a word to me when I walked in. They just called the corporate number they had to call to validate the refund & then despite me just wanting my money back and not wanting to argue anymore Reginald proceeded to argue that it wasn’t an old battery when it literally shows 4/25. I have record proof of this that this review won’t allow me to upload. 8/1 - 4:18pm - I was supposed to be called by the regional manager Onwar by 3pm and still haven’t received any call.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, BAD TIRE BALANCE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (ALSO SEE EDIT BELOW) My issue is with THIS specific LOCATION & MANAGER. Excessive weights (over 10oz) and POOR balance of my 4 NEW tires. 2X they were unable to get it right… refused (AND didn't know how) to fix the problem. Note: I did NOT have a balance problem when I drove in. I also replaced with the same quality name-brand tires. Additionally, lug nuts were excessively tightened (over 200ft/lbs).. manager denied it was possible. In the end, I was given excuses (blaming my wheels/tires) and given attitude, and told my tires couldn't be balanced at this location. When I later I took it to a Mavis store (for warranty)... they had they had NO trouble FIXING the problem. Edit#2: I'm editing this review removing other customer service details that happened to me (on my 2nd visit) at this location.. none good (but you get the point) The Manager Reggie is a warm & friendly guy when things are going smoothly, but that seemed to change when there were problems. I don't know what went wrong. He comes off as polite & knowledgeable, but refused to solve my trouble as was suggested and needed. And apparently I'm not the only one who's run into this sort of trouble at this location. I contacted Customer Support, and was offered to have my problem looked at by another shop. I went to the nearby MAVIS store on Fed Hwy in FTL (which has extremely high rave reviews). Tom the owner/manager is extremely professional, knowledgeable, & he clearly carries a lifetime of experience. He took one look at my wheel/tire & said it was balanced incorrectly. He said it's never good to have excessive amount of weights counter-balanced by more excessive weights on the opposite side. He rotated my tire 180, and IT RE-BALANCED PERFECTLY! Took only a FRACTION of the weight this time! He did the same with one of the other excessively over-weighted tires, & that rebalance NOW called for ZERO weights! WOW! Experience goes a LONG way! This 3rd fix (DONE RIGHT this time at a different shop) DID IT! Of course all this could have been avoided if Reggie (at this Tire Kingdom) had been more knowledgeable more accommodating that day. My overall experience cost me 3 shop visits & hours of needless lost time. If you have aftermarket wheels (or anything non-stock or out of the ordinary), I suggest you don't go to this Tire Kingdom. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the nearby MAVIS location for all your future tire & service work! They are only 10 minutes away. Tom & the staff at this MAVIS location in FTL are TRUE PROS with real knowledge & experience. But they are popular; you might have to make an appointment! Cheers! EDIT: The bogus corporate reply CLEARLY SHOWS they did not even READ this post. I stated the problem has already been resolved!
