  On August 5th 2026, around 2 p.m., I went to ask if they could run a diagnostic scan on my car, and an older woman helped me with a terrible attitude. I remained polite, but when I wished her a good day, she repeated the phrase while exaggeratedly shaking her head. I was amazed at how rudely they could treat a customer who was simply asking a question; I am not going back to that store.

  A few days ago I went in and bought a battery. Today I started having electrical issues with my truck. I popped the hood and realized the battery had cracked in half. There was battery acid coming out the side of it. I bring it back there and explain and show pictures to the manager and she approves a warranty on the battery. She was very pleasant I decided I would get the battery after taking the defective battery out of the truck. Then I come back in after removing the broken battery and there's two new employees. One named Anthony, who was very rude. He told me they can't warranty the battery because I dropped it. I literally dropped it at the front door trying to get to the door because I didn't have a cart and the handle ripped off. I calmly showed him the pictures of the battery broken in half inside of my truck before I removed it and dropped it. After trying to explain things to him for a little bit and him being progressively more rude I asked him to call the manager. Meanwhile they are pouring some acid neutralizer powder I'm guessing baking soda or something like that on the acid leaking out of the battery. After the manager on the phone told him to warranty the battery and he asked twice because he really did not want to warranty the battery, I asked if I could get a little plastic red cup of that powder to put on the battery tray inside of my truck that was covered in acid. I did not want to get it on my hands and it was peeling the paint. He not only refuse to answer most of my questions but told me he couldn't let me take any of the powder. So now I have peeling paint on the inside of my quarter panel and battery tray because of this defective battery and Anthony's stubbornness In the end the manager was super helpful and managed to get me a new battery to replace the defective battery. She was great and I want to give more stars, but Anthony really soured my day. He didn't have to be so rude. He accused me of dropping the battery despite having proof. He insisted that I dropped it before I installed it. I tried to explain to him that there's a lot of people that handle these batteries between the factory and the end user; it could have been dropped at any point after manufacturing. Not only that but it very well could have been a manufacturer defect
