  I have never left a bad review in my life, however it felt necessary after this experience. Horrible customer service. I walked in at 7:45 pm tonight, Tuesday the 29th and asked the man with the glasses behind the register for his recommendations on a product that will remove paint transfer from my car after another car hit me. He was extremely dismissive and said “idk I’ve never had to use that before,” with zero intentions of helping me. I inquired further of recommendations for products that customers have purchased…He then pointed me down an aisle and said all the products for removing paint transfer are down this particular aisle. I looked at the products and recognized he had no idea what he was talking about. I clarified again that another car hit me and I wanted to remove their paint. He was adamant that i just had to look in that aisle. I then asked if there was anyone else that could help me and his response was “maybe the guy outside.” The blonde man came in and was very helpful and immediately walked me to the correct product. He also confirmed that the aisle the other man sent me down would remove MY paint from my car all the way down to the metal. Unbelievable! If I listened to the man with the glasses I would have damaged my car even further. I hope someone can address this with him and give him the proper education going forward. I will not be coming back to this location after this man’s unprofessionalism and terrible customer service.

  I’ve been coming to this AutoZone regularly because I live nearby, and in the past I’ve had great service, especially from Raf, who was always kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my last experience was completely different. While I was waiting, I watched an employee, *Diané* 👎🏾 , arguing with another customer in an unprofessional manner. When it was my turn, her attitude was rude and dismissive. That’s not the kind of service a loyal customer should expect. Because of this experience, I don’t plan on returning to this location. 9/22/2026

  Anthony at AutoZone was awesome. He went above and beyond helping me replace my battery and made the whole process quick and easy. When I tried to give him a tip for helping me out, he refused to take it. Just genuinely great customer service from someone who clearly takes pride in helping people. AutoZone is lucky to have him. Thanks again, Anthony!

  Diane and Katie were absolutely exceptional yesterday. My battery had died and I needed a new one so I got a jump and headed their way. Unfortunately, my battery is not in the best place for an easy replacement. Diane took the initiative to get me a mechanic to help me in torrential downpour! While they worked on my car, Diane and Katie kept me company and assured me I would be getting to work ASAP. We spoke about other things we could do for my car on a more calm day. Would also come back here for the extraordinary customer service and personable workers.
