  I just had the most impressive experience at autozone on N. ANDREWS with the employee Mary. I have never in 3 years buying a specific belt, have come in to ask for it and the person already knew what it was. She literally only responded "Give me 1 sec" and came out with it. Every person male or female, every 3-4 months, has had to look up what a 4L220 belt was and sometimes say it doesn't exist lol. Mary you know your stuff and your inventory off the top of your head. She deserves a raise or promotion!

  We had a wonderful experience in AutoZone with Connie! We came in to purchase a new car battery, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and always smiling. The music was great too, which made the experience even better. Thank you, Connie, for the excellent customer service!

  I would like to report on the actions of Connie and Luis at the Oakland Park, Fl store. I thought I had a dead battery when I entered the store. Thats when Luis met me at the counter and I put my dead battery on the counter and asked Luis to please check if it is actually exhausted. He pleasantly retrieved the battey tester and yes, 'BAD'. So we started the process of choosing a new one. We went through all of the possibilities and I chose the 'out of stock' model. It was cheap and had good specs. Thats when Luis called Connie for assistance. Good call. She immediately responded that the battery out of stock would have been a bad decision for my vehical. She explained that my Lexus required a Gel battery to run properly. It was expensive by comparison, but her empathy was in the right place. I do not want issues and I trusted Connie. She mentioned that I was receiving a 10% discount and core charge. Either way I was certain I was guided to the right product at the best price. I think Connie has talent for interacting with customers and I know that is so important for retailers. I asked Connie for a way to commend her service to the company. She was humble in every way. I commend the work Connie and Luis are doing. I hope they achieve success for their efforts.

  As a woman, I can sometimes find auto shops a little intimidating, but Ricardo made the experience so easy and welcoming. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me find the best battery for my vehicle and got me back on the road in no time. I truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Thank you, Ricardo, for such a great experience!

  I received excellent service; the staff are cordial and helpful. They assisted me with exactly what I needed, guiding me through the services and advising me on what was required for my car—I even had the battery replaced that day. Thank you for your attention, Ms. Corrie and Mr. Colin.
