- ISIgor Solovyanchik2 days ago2.0They thought my car needed a computer to reset my steering to do a alignment because I have lane assist so they did not do the alignment and wasted my time. Put it on your site that you cannot do those went to another shop they did it with out the computer and no resetting the steering
- JFJenn Formosa6 days ago5.0I was on the way out of town due to a family emergency and a weird noise was coming from underneath my vehicle whenever I would go over 60 mph. It had me freaked out considering I was on my way to SC (approx 9 hour drive). This Mavis was able to look at my vehicle right away and get me back on the road in less than 15 mins with no charge. Luckily it was just the plastic cover underneath that came loose, they were able to replace a bolt and get it back to normal. Everyone was professional, compassionate and extremely friendly! Next time im down this way and need anything done with my vehicle I will be taking it to North Port Mavis!

I wanted to get my brakes checked before I went to college in the fall, not knowing ANYTHING about them, and they were so nice and understanding! They walked me around my car and showed me how to check if things needed to be fixed, including my brakes AND my tires, and even helped show me what other Mavis Tires & Brakes would be around my college! It really gave me such peace of mind knowing that my car was taken such good care of and that I would be prepared come fall! All of the staff was so friendly and personable, and the service was very efficient and affordable! Thank you to Jenn and Sean for making it such an amazing experience! Would 1000% come again!

- MMMatthewApr 30, 20261.070 bucks to mount a tire is ridiculous better run the guy didn't even torque it we started hearing noise on the way home we pulled over into a local gas station the guy put it up in the air cost me 35 bucks for the guy to show me how loose the tire was then he lowered it back down. and talked it he had one of those digital torque wrenches and when he put it on backwards he said it was on 40 foot pounds he said it should be on at least 80 to 100 and he put it to 100 I wouldn't recommend this place we were about to get on the highway if I didn't second guess the noise that way would have came off on the highway we could have died. Edit management contacted me and offered me my money back but I think I'm good I'm not going to change the review what if someone didn't know what a wheel sound like when it was loose. And the tire did fall off the car and someone did die I couldn't have that on my conscience, so I told them know I'm not going to change the review
