I had to replace the battery on my 2019 Buick Cascada. Stopped in to have it tested and replaced. After purchasing the battery we had a few issues to get the battery out. problem with a hold down bracket. Well, after a young sales associate tried, he went to his manager to see if he could help. A gentleman name Eddy came out and looked at it. He figured it out and was able to get the bracket out so he could complete the installation of the new battery. I have to say, this team and Eddy, are top notch. They persisted to solve the issue and get me on my way. I have shopped there before and every time the staff has been outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend you stop that and buy the things you need. Looking forward to going back for additional items and services. Keep up the good work Eddy and team.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at AutoZone. I went in to make a return and the first thing I did was greet the employee by saying, “Hi, how are you doing?” He replied, “What’s up?” I politely asked again, “How are you, sir?” and he responded, “I’m here.” I was trying to return an air pump, but the employee was very unprofessional and disrespectful. At no point did he show any intention of helping me. This is the first time I’ve experienced customer service like this at an AutoZone. I tried to identify the employee, but he was not wearing any name tag or identification. I can only describe him as a man with long hair and a tattoo on his arm that looked like a dog paw print. I will definitely not be returning to this AutoZone. The customer service was terrible and completely unprofessional.

Jim (and Tyler) were incredibly helpful and respectful. Jim shared that our batteries might be under warranty elsewhere. The other store/brand had no stock within an hour. Jim didn’t l push to have more work done than necessary. Incredible representation for AutoZone. Will return.
