  Chantelle was absolutely amazing\! She was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and made the entire rental process smooth and seamless, especially considering it was a last minute reservation\. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I needed and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle free\. Her professionalism, friendly attitude, and dedication to great customer service really stood out\. Thank you, Chantelle, for making this such a great experience—I highly recommend the lake park Enterprise location\!

  I needed a rental last minute while my dealership was servicing my vehicle. I wanted a convertible for the weekend for the kids, and even though I couldn’t get it same day, Alex was wonderful with follow up calls confirming the arrival of the drop off and pick up time. I’ve dealt with a lot of rental car agencies over the years, customer service seems to be a dead concept all over, but Alex was hands down the most personable, friendly and on top of things I’ve experienced in a long time. I’ll be back to this location for any future rentals for sure!
