  Middle of the road for me. Had a couple of interactions for various service needs - and MOST of the team was very kind and helpful. There's sometimes one or two team members that don't rise to the same level at many organizations, but at this location it didn't affect me enough to write a negative review about the team overall. Last trip, I needed a last minute - you pick my ride type of reservation. The car was basic and fine, but not all windows rolled down, etc. I'd use them again - it's not the best or worst Enterprise experience or location for me.

  Would NEVER recommend doing business with any location of Enterprise. First off, if you have a same day reservation, don’t think your guaranteed a car! Reservations don’t mean anything! You’ll show up after paying hundreds in Lyft rides, and be told they are sold out of cars! And they will do nothing to help! Second, calling customer service is a waste of time! Basically, they will tell you thanks for your feedback, they will tell a manger, have a great day! Or, “I’ll have the regional manager call you right away and straighten this out!” Hours, days, weeks later….no call. Sitting there on the side of the road stranded with no way to get anywhere. You would think they would offer to see if another location has cars, if they have a car coming later, nope! Nothing! And if you do get a car, $300 deposit, takes forever to get it back!
