- KPKeinen Phillips2 days ago1.0A very bad experience horrible bad customer service they claim they extracted the oil from my car when they never did as a customer I shouldn't have to go back and forth with the technician I had to explain to them five times that my oil from my car was never extracted until they realize it wasn't after they checked this was a very bad experience so now I had to tell them to recheck if they change the oil filter for my car five times
- HHHSJun 25, 20261.0Zero stars. Thanks to the directions received from their staff to back up and turn the wheel, my car fell into the ditch at Valvoline on 123rd street and 16th Ave in north Miami. There are no mirrors to help you avoid the ditch as you drive in to get the oil changed. No one offered help to call a tow truck, and now they refuse to provide their insurance to help cover for damages, and their lot as you stepped in smelled like they had been Smoking weed. Now I have a couple of thousand of dollars in car damages and their refusal to cooperate with their insurance.

The staff was knowledgeable and made sure I understood what my vehicle needed without pushing unnecessary services.

In fact, they never changed or weavered from the their professional demeanor, but always kept up the momentum of providing the absolute neighborhood friendly atmosphere. They go beyond to check, communicate, evaluate, and keep every detail to its best for ultimate experience as a whole. That's the reason I keep coming back they treat you not just a typical oil change center but like you're important part of the family! Thanks crew and all of you deserve 5+ stars !!!
