  ⚠️ IMPORTANT: This review is about SIXT’s corporate/customer service phone support and is NOT a complaint about this local branch. Unfortunately, Google does not provide a general SIXT corporate review page, so I am posting it here. Absolutely unacceptable customer service experience. I called SIXT customer service and was left on hold for over an hour, repeatedly listening to “Welcome to SIXT, please hold the line,” accompanied by extremely disturbing, repetitive background music that sounded like something from a horror movie. Being forced to listen to the same recording and music continuously for such a long period was an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience. After approximately 56 minutes, a representative finally answered, asked me for my information, and I explained how unacceptable the waiting time and the hold music were. He then simply told me “please hold the line” and put me back on hold again. I am now over an hour into the call and still waiting for assistance, with screenshots documenting the call duration. This is an unacceptable customer service experience, particularly from a company that presents itself as a premium car rental company. Customers should not have to spend over an hour listening to repetitive messages and disturbing hold music just to receive assistance. Again, this review is directed at SIXT’s corporate customer service, not the employees or service at this local branch.

  I had the best rental experience I ever had at this SIXT location, thanks to Cailin. My parents are older, safety & comfort was my main concern, so I asked for something reliable for them, shout out to Cailin for taking the time to find us a safer, more comfortable car, and still got us a good price. The whole process was fast, but he never rushed or upsold us; he was respectful, patient, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Ill definitely be coming back to this location next time I need to rent a car!
