I was scheduled to pick up a rental vehicle, but when I arrived, the car was not ready, resulting in a complete waste of my time and causing a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, there were roaches visible inside the facility, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and customer care. The overall environment was unprofessional, disorganized, and far below the standard I would expect from a national rental company. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Poor customer service, lack of preparation, and unsanitary conditions made this one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. Stay far away from this location.
