  I had an outstanding experience picking up my rental car thanks to David. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the vehicle. What really stood out was his positive attitude and exceptional customer service — it felt genuine, not forced. David made what is usually just a routine pickup experience feel personalized and enjoyable. Employees like him are the reason customers come back.   The entire rental process was simple and very convenient from start to finish. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

  30 minutes late to pick me up for my scheduled reservation with absolutely zero communication on their end—after 15 minutes, I had to call for an update, and after another 15 minutes, only for the employee to finally pull up and inform me “the gps sent me to a residential area” instead of my pickup location. For the drive back to the location, the employee was frequently texting or otherwise on his phone while driving.

  We arrived at Enterprise Rent-A-Car after a long, frustrating visit at a Chevrolet dealership to fix my husband’s car. We were already feeling overwhelmed! There was a long line and Deanna was handling all the intake on her own. Despite the pressure, she was kind, patient, and truly lovely. She never rushed us and made a stressful moment feel calm and manageable. She explained everything clearly and handled the process with warmth and professionalism. When we returned the car a few days later, she had the same positive attitude. Customer service isn’t easy these days and Deanna genuinely went above and beyond. We were very grateful for her help.
