- GGGracielaAug 19, 20261.0You guys are a rental business and should have sunpass included . As you guys know Miami is full of tolls and people get these cars to travel. I received an email being charged $12 when the sunpass was less than $3 dollars. Please be careful w/ this location . Not only that , I already rented 3 cars from them and the first car was not given to me w/ a full tank and I was charged. Please make sure to take a picture of the tank before pulling off ! The last car , the cup holder was sticky / dirty .

My calls to the pickup location often didn't get answered, I returned the car without being given a written indication of the fuel tank reading, $65 was deducted from my deposit without any explanation, etc. Furthermore, no final receipt provided.
