  El trabajo de los q le ponen agua a presion y los q secan, es pésimo. Ya no les doy propina,,los mejores se van porque el salario es muy bajo y los q están no secan bien el vehículo. Muy a menudo hay personal diferente Tengo una membresía y mi opinión es esa. Solo se esmeran en los carros de lujos con membresías más altas y además reciben propina en algunos casos.

  Hello everyone My name is Lior , I was schedule on May 14 between 9:30 to 11:30 am to clean my car , I was arriving 11am and the guy here didn’t want to get my car for cleaning, the guy here no one of the worker here Barely speak English and he told me that I have to come in 1pm I explain him that I can’t I have to go to work , and ask for refund, and he told me that I still need to wait to a Manager to get a refund he want me to wait for 2-3 hours and I explaining that I can’t come back Because I have a huge event of my company and they have a lot of work to do !! I asked him to put his manager on the line to give me to talk with them And he still didn’t let me talk with the manager No one here take responsible for What’s going on? I’m even tried to call customer service and she end up on my face and told me she have no manager and on top of it, the guy drive my car without my permission This place acting like a scam please don’t trust this place and go far away as possible from this place !!! 0% recommendation for this place

  45 min and car still wasn’t done. El car wash does same quality in 10 min and 1/6 the price. They do great work, but it takes way too long and it’s not any better than the place a block away for a fraction of the price

  I've been to Prestige before and was very happy with their services. But today, I came in because I needed the car detailed (spilled yogurt on the front passenger seat) then had these tiny cement splatters on the hood of the car. I was a bit anxious and wasn't sure if they could get rid of these drops on the paint of the car. The Manager Charlie helped me out along with Yon. They did a phenomenal job. Thank you so much!!

  THE WORST I’ve experienced so far for a car wash.. and the audacity with the name “Prestige”. SMH I payed $76.11 to have my car detailed and I was shocked to see the condition of the car. I seriously couldn’t believe it. I pointed everything out to them and to make sure they see it. I was given a discount to come back. I WILL NEVER RETURN
