  I’m very disappointed with both this car wash and the way they handled an issue that was completely their responsibility. While my vehicle was going through the wash, one of their employees struck and scratched my front bumper. Rather than asking me to file an insurance claim, the staff proposed a solution themselves. We agreed that they would provide complimentary car washes for two vehicles as compensation, and I accepted that offer in good faith. About three months later, when I came back to redeem the agreement, the general manager informed me that the employee who had made the arrangement was no longer with the company and that they would not honor what had been promised. Whether that employee still works there is not my concern. A business should stand behind the commitments made by its representatives. After that, I called the company twice to try to resolve the matter. Both times I was assured that someone would get back to me, but I never received a return call. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. If you ever have an issue with this business, make sure every agreement is documented in writing, or handle the claim directly through your insurance company. Based on my experience, verbal promises may not be honored.

  First services been fine happy with service people a quality last two time no good and today was the cherry 🍒 of the cake terrible i was there truck was put out to dry on the sun and listen all excuses about the machine is no good this and that etc when something is not ok just say it or redo dont try to find excuses no good i cancelled membership

  I ordered a detailed cleaning, but I did not receive anything like that. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed, there was no interior polishing at all, and none of the listed services were provided. The administrators were also very unpleasant and rude. This is not the first time I have cleaned my car there, and every time, it has been bad. But this time, I have completely run out of patience. Why are you charging such money for this? This is a very poor level of service.

  Such a joke I paid 76 for a “mini detailing” and tipped $10 to them and this is how they left the car… plus they didn’t even remove the paper that was there from when someone left a paper on the side of my car. So what’s the point of getting a detailed car wash to leave the car like this?

  Very disappointed with my experience at Prestige Auto Spa. My vehicle was damaged while being washed. After acknowledging the damage, a manager offered one year of complimentary washes for both of my vehicles to resolve the issue. I accepted the offer, and the agreement was confirmed and even entered into their system. Months later, I was told that the employee who made the agreement no longer works there, that they would no longer honor the agreement, and that I should speak with my attorney if I wanted to pursue the matter. What made the situation even more disappointing was the way the General Manager spoke to me. Instead of trying to help or find a solution, I felt that I was treated disrespectfully and spoken to in an unprofessional manner. I trusted the company and agreed to settle the issue in good faith. Unfortunately, Prestige Auto Spa later decided not to stand behind the agreement made by its own staff. I am leaving this review so that other customers know that even if the company acknowledges its mistake and promises a resolution, there is no guarantee that it will honor that commitment. I will let others decide whether this is the level of customer service and integrity they expect from a business.
