  🚨 **WARNING: DO NOT GET YOUR BATTERY CHANGED AT THIS ADVANCE AUTO PARTS LOCATION!** 🚨 I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this Advance Auto Parts location to take your money somewhere else. **Do not purchase a battery here, and do not trust this location with any service that requires them to work on or touch your vehicle.** I had an absolutely horrible experience with this store. During my battery service, an employee touched one of the sensors on my vehicle, and the sensor ended up completely burned out. What should have been a simple battery replacement turned into a major headache and an extremely frustrating situation the general manager manny is LAZY . But what made this experience even worse was the customer service — or should I say, the complete lack of it. It took corporate over **30 DAYS just to contact me**, and it took the general manager over **30 DAYS to even call me back** regarding the situation. There is absolutely no excuse for making a customer wait that long when their vehicle has been affected by something that happened during your service. The lack of accountability, communication, urgency, and professionalism was unbelievable. Instead of taking responsibility and making things right, I was left waiting and trying to get someone to address the problem. My advice is simple: **Take the extra two miles up the road and go somewhere else. Go to AutoZone or another reputable auto parts store.** Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential damage to your vehicle. I would not recommend this location to anyone. In my experience, the employees and management seem more interested in standing together than addressing a customer's legitimate concerns. Customers work hard for their money, and we deserve respect, accountability, and quality service. I would never want another customer to go through what I experienced. **PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. YOUR VEHICLE AND YOUR MONEY DESERVE BETTER!**

  I came to the store everyone was nice. Christian M served me and he was very helpful since I was a little confused on how batteries work. Overall, I recommend this place, it is my second time here and they have not disappoint me.
