  The only reason I’m even giving this place a star is because Brenda at the front desk was lovely over the phone and in person. Unfortunately, I ended up choosing another shop to go to because Ben was extremely rude and condescending, especially over the phone. Horrible customer service on his end. I was given the weirdest reason as to why I couldn’t pick up a rental. Talking to Ben on the phone was horrible. He was rude, he said I was talking over him, even though I was just answering his questions and letting him know literally the bare minimum that I could get out about the situation and my car. That was the most awkward, uncomfortable phone call I’ve ever had the displeasure of making. A quick call to Geico made it so I was able to pick up the rental on the same day AND have a truck come pick up my car and tow it to a completely different shop after I told them about my experience here. I wouldn’t have even felt comfortable keeping my car at this shop and continuing to work with this dude. Nope. The whole thing was just a super weird and difficult experience. Learn how to treat and talk to your customers better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know.

  I called on a Saturday without an appointment and Jake went out of his way to help me. Everyone I interacted with was professional and responsive, which made a very stressful situation much more manageable. The work was done quickly, looks great and for less than I was expecting. Thank you Jake, Ben, and the entire Gerber team!

  I was going to bring my car here to get repaired because my insurance company recommended them but their communication is horrible! When I asked Ben questions he wouldn’t be clear he would stutter a lot the lady in the front she was nice and tried to get things moving for me, there’s no reason I have a 10:30 appt and I’m waiting until almost 11 due to the fact Ben said they’re not supposed to take my car, I said correct this is a quote you’re not supposed to take it but he insisted on double checking ok. Now I call today mind you I called several times before somebody answered, to drop it off despite my better judgment and I’m told to bring it the next day. I work overnight usually and I needed to bring it today considering they’re closed on the weekends there was nothing I could do. They’re just poor customer service and you can tell the lady in the front is nervous to speak to Ben because the only thing he hears is himself.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. I needed one last quote (meaning I already went to two other businesses prior to this one) for damages on my vehicle. I go to this establishment and Bennet Gatz was the staff that “assisted” me. The front desk told me this gentlemen would assist me and he approached me and said “let’s go!” I greeted him “Good morning” and followed behind, slightly appalled. He was aggressive, EXTREMELY curt, very obviously did NOT want to assist me and raised his voice at me as if my inquiries about the damages were a bother to him. Mind you, we had only exchanged greetings at this point. I was so taken aback and shocked at the customer service I was receiving trying to figure out why he was so rude, grumpy and trying to rush me out. It was blatant prejudice and my daughter even told me prior to, that this establishment had that energy and body language about them. I still kept my composure and thanked Mr. Getz through his blatant lack of professionalism and borderline racist encounter. Needless to say, I guess they serve and cater to the demographic they choose and well it is a free country so I guess.

  What an amazing experience! Let me tell you I had a particular and confusing situation. My car was hit by someone who had rented a car. I had to go through not only third part insurance but adjusters, so trying to find a shop that understood and could communicate with the adjuster was tough. From the moment Ben spoke to me, he took charge and helped me understand the situation. I got my car repair very fast and the whole team at Gerber went above and beyond. They explained what to expect, when to expect it. It's bittersweet because of course, you don't want to have another accident; but working with the team gives you peace of mind, knowing that you're in the best hands and your car will be returned like a whole new vehicle. Thank you.
