- RSRonald SmithJul 1, 20263.0I've had problems at this site Hancock bridge parkway and 41 there's one or two people that worked there try to scam me out of my money when they're giving me change it's always when I play the lottery and I get my tickets back in cash usually I don't count the cash but I noticed when I count the tickets and the cash I come up short on both the other day I stopped and counted my money the cashier says oh you want your $10 this is when I counted my money she said this that's a definite sign that she does this all the time I came in the store the next day to play lottery she turned off the lottery machine so I could not play I said the lottery's down she said no we just accidentally switched it off this happened twice in one week I'm very surprised they haven't caught her skim the till yet over the last 2 years she's very good at what she does and hasn't been caught yet I haven't said anything over the last two years overthe things that she did hoping she would get caught 6/22/26--6/30/26. Present

The customer service here is outstanding, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Sam for providing amazing customer service — very helpful, professional, and welcoming. It’s nice to come to a store where employees genuinely care about the customers. Highly recommend this location!
