  My friend brought her car here for nothing more than a routine oil change, and it turned into an expensive headache. During the service, part of the air filter was broken off and ended up lodged in the throttle body. She was lucky it didn’t cause major engine damage, but it still left her stranded, requiring a tow, additional repairs, and causing her to miss half a day of work. The most frustrating part is that the owner refused to accept any responsibility or compensate her for any of the costs that resulted from their mistake—not the repairs, not the tow bill, and not the lost time from work. An oil change is one of the most basic services a shop performs. Customers should be able to trust that their vehicle will leave in at least the same condition it arrived. Mistakes happen, but refusing to make things right when your mistake costs a customer time and money says a lot about how you do business. Based on this experience, I would not trust this shop with my vehicle and would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

  They change my oil every oil change and I have zero complaints.... BUT.... What I do have to talk about is the kindness in this companies heart. All of them. I heard a meow coming from a car at the gym. Long story short I convinced the young lady to take the car over to Grease Monkey knowing they have a lift. They agreed to help. They did more than help. They saved this little babies life. Now that baby is eating tuna, drinking kitten milk, sippin water, and laying back snoring and purring with a full belly. Oh how good people can change the life of one fury little friend. I can't begin to thank them enough. After the rescue I pulled out my wallet and asked how much. They replied with "It's cool dude, we save animals for free" 5 stars isn't enough. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Stella says "Thank You" Meow 🐾
