  Well my experience with tire Kingdom in Nokomis wasn't good at all got new tires then they tried charging more from the quote I got on the phone and then the so called mechanic didn't know what the hell he's doing and broke three hub caps on my Toyota 4 Runner and then tried Jerry rigging them and they fell off and the mg was nice enough to order them and went to have them put on after waiting over a week and he hands them to me and says here you go u broke them u should be installing the new ones and made sure your job was done right so no I will never go to tire Kingdom again

  Scheduled a simple tire rotation for tires purchased at Tire Kingdom. This Nokomis TK has consistently got me in on time, several other places seem to be “ running behind” and delay the start of service. Front desk personnel review, without pressure, any issues the Technician has found and recommend solutions along with a time frame so I can plan and budget (if necessary) for the maintenance. This is the main reason I return to the Nokomis Tire Kingdom.

  I noticed my tire was going flat, so I went to this store on Thursday 7/23. They told me they were too busy to look at my car but put air in the tires. I made an appointment for the following day on 7/24. When I was giving intake info, the front desk man said he also lived in my apartment building, which you shouldn’t say to a woman. It was very unsettling. After mechanics looked at my car, the front desk man came to me and, without explaining the problem, he listed all repair costs (I was NEVER given an actual estimate on paper, merely verbal numbers). When I asked what the actual problem was that needed fixing, he was irritable/dismissive and said uneven tread, meaning I needed to replace both rear tires and align. They did let me look at my car and there was uneven tread. When I asked about the initial potential hole in my tire, they completely dismissed me and said it didn’t matter and that I needed a new tire immediately (emergent). He said they would get me a tire that day but they didn’t have time to complete the other rear tire and align. I made an appointment for Sunday 7/26 and dropped off my car at 11:30 am. By 4:00pm, I was called and told my car was ready. When I paid for the repairs, I saw they had charged me AGAIN for the initial tire put on the car on Friday. When I said I had already paid for that one, the same front desk man from Friday said that he made a mistake and they replaced two front tires instead of the other rear tire. They also only aligned front end. They immediately tried to fix it, but strangely only 25 minutes later, they were done. When I asked why it only took 25 minutes to put my old tires back on, replace the one back tire, and align, they said it was a normal time frame. I didn’t question it further because I didn’t trust them. I took my car to a different mechanic and had an inspection performed, which indicated that none of my tires were aligned, not even the front end. The new mechanic said that there was no way tire kingdom had done an alignment. I went back to tire kingdom and presented the inspection report I was given by the other mechanic. I was given back a refund for the alignment but this is unacceptable. I not only wasted time at this place but now I have to fix this problem AGAIN. They had an opportunity to fix this mistake on Sunday at the initial realization and chose to lie and hide it. I didn’t even ask for any discounts when they first made the mistake, I merely wanted it fixed. They offered to fix the mistake again when I presented the inspection report, but I refused. I will go to a different mechanic. Also, they told me the front desk man was fired, which is scary considering I know he lives in my building. One of the worst car experiences I’ve ever had. It’s borderline fraud. Do not go here. After all of that, I definitely should have gotten a refund on the tires as well. I’m escalating this incident further.
