  Absolutely fantastic day on the jet skis. The guys that work there are awesome and have great attitudes. I took my two daughters a her boyfriends. It’s was my eldest a daughters boyfriends first time, I’ve never seen him smile an enjoy something so much. Thank you so much. We will be back.

  I rented a jet ski from this company, but the experience ended in a situation that raises serious concerns about how they operate. There was no clear or visible parking guidance where I parked in front of their location at 100 Circuit Rd. The only sign on the building directs customers to a side gate and says nothing about parking restrictions or towing. I also received no verbal instructions about parking when I made the reservation over the phone. At no point was I warned that parking in that area could result in my vehicle being towed. After my vehicle was towed, the company claimed there was signage elsewhere on the property, but it was not visible from where I parked and would not reasonably be seen by a customer arriving at their storefront. Instead of taking responsibility, they immediately shifted blame to the marina and towing company. At no point did they acknowledge that their lack of clear, visible parking instructions—both over the phone and on-site—directly contributed to the situation. Separately, the overall process felt rushed. I fortunately have prior experience riding wave runners, but if I hadn’t, the lack of meaningful instruction and the speed at which paperwork was handled would have been concerning from a safety standpoint. To make matters worse, I was initially denied access to retrieve personal belongings from my vehicle and had to deal with the situation in extreme heat (around a 107°F heat index) with my two young children present. This was entirely avoidable. The lack of clear direction, combined with how this situation was handled afterward, is a serious red flag.

  We had a great 1/2 day on our boat rental. Reserving the boat was easy. We were greeted kindly when we arrived and the boat ran smoothly. Shout out to Garrett! When we arrived back at the dock I shook my towel over the side of the boat and my phone/wallet went in the water 😬 He jumped right in and found it! We are so grateful! He sure saved us a headache of having to replace all my cards and drivers license. Thank you!

  First of all it took several messages and several days to get a response from them. Second, this place seems to be run by kids that lack any kind of business sense or personality. When we approached their desk by the water there was basically little to no recognition whatsoever. One of them slammed some vests on the counter in front of us without saying a word. Then we were told they would be out there near us if we needed them but they got aggravated when we took off and didn't wait for them but we did not know we had to be behind them. Then my husband took off in the ocean because they said they weren't going to always be over top of us but then they got aggravated that he went the wrong way. It was just an odd trip but we really enjoyed the jet skis. Don't book more than an hour because if the ocean is rough and you go to the bay you'll be bored to death after an hour!!

  Well, If i could have a NO star review I would, 1 is to much!! My wife and adult son went to rent a jet ski at this place and was told they could not go into the Gulf water AFTER we paid. The whole time was spent in the wake zone going 5 MPH. That's it, and escorted the whole time. A person doesn't rent a jet ski and not to be told you can't go. For a period of 3 min, the escort said you can go fast. 3 MIN , are you kidding me. DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS RUN BY A PUNCH OF KIDS. Garret is the manage, after calling and talking with him 4 times to talk with owner of this Bad place, no refund. 230.00 Wasted for two. I have NEVER left a bad review ever, but his place is so bad. do your self a favor go some where else.
