Leah did a phenomenal job in making sure that not only was my 4Runner clean, but that I was satisfied with the services provided.

We’ve used this car wash for years, and a few months ago we got a membership. Soon after, we started getting double charged for our membership. Then, they increased the price without any notification to us, and continued to double charge us. We’ve been trying to contact them for weeks; we’ve called the local locations, we’ve called the corporate number, we’ve left messages, we’ve sent them emails through the website, we’ve even tried to contact them though social media. No one ever answers. Very frustrating to have literally zero customer care on this side of things when the locations themselves have good every day employees. We’re blocking them from being able to charge our card anymore and will be going to a different car wash from now on.
