  Went back and gave this place a shot- and let me say WOW! Brendan was fantastic- super friendly and so helpful. Car looks amazing and the wash area clean- clean car to start the week definitely makes Monday better.

  I heard there is new management so I figured I would try it back out. Love I can prewash my truck there. His name was Brendan you can tell how much he is trying to make this store a better place. I quit using this wash because of the employees. I will be coming back just because of Brendan and how he cares.

  what really stood out were the powerful vacuums—they made cleaning the interior quick and easy. Everything was well-maintained, and I didn’t have to struggle with weak suction like at other places. I’d definitely come back just for the vacuums alone.

  Something needs to be adjusted because the entire top of my Ford Explorer didn’t even look like it went through the car wash. Even the back, front, and sides still had dirt on them that I had to wipe off with a towel to remove the dirt. I noticed that there is only one yellow bin for dirty towels. It was much more convenient when they were spaced out on each side of the vacuum area. And I miss having a station to spray off my floor mats. I usually go to the BWB location, but I’ve heard that has been removed from there as well. Bummer. Overall it needs some tweaks to make it a better customer experience and to have a cleaner vehicle. The employees here today were very helpful and friendly, so great job there!

  This place has gotten worse and worse. Always trying to force you into a membership and the price for a single car wash is outrageous. Paid $12 for a wash and it didn’t even begin to clean my car. It spit out very low powered water and it’s obviously set this way on purpose to try and FORCE you into a monthly membership. I complained that my car is not clean and the employee looked at it and agreed but said “if you had gotten a more expensive wash then you r car would be clean” Really? I said well I paid $12 for a CAR WASH and there is no warning that says it doesn’t work! I said I want my money back or a new wash. “We can’t do that” I said I’m not leaving until yall make this right. FINALLY they opened the gate, the “manager” took one look at my vehicle and said “yeah I see what you mean, your car is not clean at all” Yeah no kidding. He begrudgingly agreed to run my car back through and it was better but still not great. This car wash sux. The owners are clearly greedy and fine with fleecing the good people of Niceville. I’ll never go back and I recommend to all to get your car washed somewhere else.
