I called PepBoys in niceville and they were rude and degrading, Take 5 Express Oil Change on the other hand, extremely nice and helpful with the popped tire. Only took about 30 minutes to change the tire and the had a whole entire line waiting. 10/10 RECOMMEND, service….INCREDIBLE!!!! Environment…AMAZING!!! WILL be coming back, and i recommend you come too!

Get there this morning: 1st they can't do alignment because of new machine and been waiting since Tuesday of last week for someone to hook it up. 2nd they can't find my name, once located they say ah you were trying to use your Amazon flex discount. I stated no matter what I told CJ we needed tires so set up appoitmnent. So they didnt order my tires. They did tell me they could have them tomorrow. 3rd said they may not have the tool to service transmission. They offered an apology but that is all. Will never use or recommend.
