  Disclaimer: The purpose of this review is not to discredit or place blame on any individual employee. It is intended to educate other customers and document my personal experience with this location. As such, no employees will be named, and I prefer to remain anonymous. To begin, my vehicle, a HD Dodge pickup, is far from perfect. It is nearly 20 years old, has rust, and suffers from several known Chrysler issues. I appreciate that the Staff accommodated additional services that were not part of my original appointment. I also understand that during vehicle repairs, unexpected problems can arise and that parts may occasionally be damaged during the process. "Stuff" happens. Initially, I scheduled an appointment for an alignment and travel inspection. I later added a tire rotation and balance, as well as replacement of drivetrain u-joints. The Staff also allowed me to provide my own Spicer parts for the drivetrain repair, which I appreciated. The first issue involved the length of the appointment and repair time. Again, I understand that repairs can take longer than expected, especially when dealing with rust and older Chrysler components. "Stuff" happens. I was eventually informed by Staff that the front driveshaft and double-cardan assembly could not be completed because the centering ball bearing also required replacement. Again, "Stuff" happens. The Staff completed the remaining repairs, placed the front driveshaft in the truck bed, and reduced the final bill slightly because they were unable to finish that portion of the repairs. When I picked up the truck, everything initially appeared to be in order. The only concern I was informed of, was that the old u-joints had been difficult to remove. No concerns or issues with any of the other services were mentioned. In total, the Staff successfully replaced four of the five u-joints for the drivetrain. However, after returning home and inspecting the removed driveshaft, I discovered significant damage to one of the yokes. One side of the yoke had been cracked, and the other showed noticeable punch/hammer marks. These damages were located on the yoke where no u-joint had been replaced - the same u-joint that had been removed but ultimately not reinstalled because of the needed centering ball bearing. As a result of this damage, the driveshaft is no longer usable. The crack in the yoke expands when attempting to install the centering ball bearing and u-joint, creating a legitimate safety concern. I also noticed a chip in the driver's-side front wheel. While this is not a safety issue, it is a noticeable cosmetic defect that was not present beforehand. Again, I understand that issues can arise during repairs, especially on older vehicles. The reason for this review is not that damage occurred, but rather that I was never informed of it. Particularly, when one of the damages rendered a major 4x4 drivetrain component unsafe to use. Honest communication about problems that occur during a repair is critical, and in this case, I feel that communication was lacking. Due to this lack in communication, even though the Staff was friendly, I will not be returning to the Express Oil Niceville location.   Had a leak under our car, And the crew took more than great care of us. We drop it off five minutes before they closed and before noon the next day, they had already found the issue and even called around and got us price comparison for the replacement between all the local shops. It ended up being a manufacturer defect and we were taken care of, but I always come here for my oil change and will 100% come back for anything else that they can fix for me. Friendly and helpful, great bedside manner!

  We get our oil changes at this location every time we are due for one. The staff there is wonderful; Dallas, Dalton, and Daniel. They are always friendly and give great customer service.
