  I had a great experience at American LubeFast in Niceville. James and everyone was friendly, professional, and got my Tacoma taken care of quickly. The process was easy, they explained what they were doing, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and I really appreciated the military discount. It’s also very convenient for me, so I’ll definitely be back for future oil changes. Great service overall.

  I recently got an oil change and some service done at American Lube fast. They were helpful and efficient , also very respectful and polite. They even put on a license tag for me which I was unable to do myself at the time. They got me taken care of quickly and on my way. Thank you to the manager and staff at American Lube Fast ! You made my day so much better.

  Oil filter was loose on my car, took it in Harrisen was able to fix the problem and explain everything to me very well. Very knowledgeable! Great experience.!!

  *** update*** Left a message for the owner since he commented to "Link". No response. This place is a joke. 32 months ago I purchased a battery (which somehow they shouldn't have installed because of a Duralast aggreement). It was an interstate battery. I called them last night because I was hoping it was under warranty, they told me Yes its a 36 month warranty and since I live in Crestview I could go to their Grease Monkeys location (same owners) and they can help me. I go to Crestview, they send me back to Niceville because they were never taught how to do a warranty exchange. Called Niceville at 1 pm and he was trying to get ahold of his manager to try to find out how to help me, because he also doesn't know how to do an exchange. I called Milton he said to come out and he would exchange it. When I got there, he said he could exchange except they ordered the wrong battery, and it should not be an "Interstate battery". But he could give me a discount on a new battery or go to Niceville and have them fix it since it was purchased there and it should have been a Duralast ordered. Drove an hour to Niceville, I get there at 4. That's when I was told the Interstate battery only has a 30 month warranty and I could purchase a NEW battery. I asked for the store managers number. Which he gave me. The store manager said its not his fault I am 2 months over and he would have to call and ask permission for a discount because he has only been working there for 2 months. He called back within 10 minutes, told me he could give me a discount (which was significantly less than what Milton offered and it wasnt their install). No thank you! I have spent 3 hours going to Crestview, Milton and Niceville because no one knows how to do a warranty exchange and was offered $20 off. (What a joke, you get those in the mail, and he had to ask permission) I live in Crestview, I have been a customer for 20 years and have grown up here, I drive down here to this location for an oil change. I left went to O'Reilly's and purchased a new battery that was cheaper than the one 32 months ago with a 48 month warranty. The mechanics were kind. This location needs a manger who leads, answers the phone when his workers need him, and needs to work on customer service. Its time to part ways, customer lost.

  My American Lube Fast men, Diego, Darwin and Chris were so friendly and efficient. I love how their progress is spoken out loud to each other so I can hear it too. I think American Fast Lube should put their routine to music and use it nationwide. What a draw for customers to come for an oil change and be entertained and informed at the same time. These guys are the best. I wish I had taken a video but my 2 year old grandson was so fascinated at their work movements I got wrapped up watching him.
