  What a fantastic place! Had my husband's broken down car towed there and they worked us in without an appointment. Diagnosed the problem within a day and gave us a detailed description of the problem and our options with cost estimates. We chose the best option within our budget with the understanding another part might have to be replaced after fixing the main problem that would add a significant amount to the cost. They called the very next day to let us know it was ready finding out that they moved forward with the fixing the additional part as it did end up also needing repairs and and worked with us on the price. Everyone from the front desk to the techs are very polite and friendly and work with their customers. We just moved to Newberry and will for sure use them again for any future repair needs.

  Great first time experience. Came in for an oil change and was greeted at the front desk. Very thorough and informative from the beginning. They have a great system that identifies other issues and itemizes everything for you. Very reasonable pricing as well. I would definitely come back for further car maintenance and concerns.

  Dealing with auto repairs is so nerve racking but Auto ER made the entire process an absolute pleasure. I needed my transmission serviced and they were quick, thorough, so helpful and their kindness was most certainly ABOVE & BEYOND. I will definitely go back when I need help again. Never felt so comfortable with an auto repair shop. Highly recommend!

  Exceeded expectations. Went to 3 mechanics including dealer that couldn’t identify the problem. ER found it, estimated it and fixed it! Dylan and the crew were friendly and professional, transparent with photo diagnostics, and stayed on estimate with no surprises. Communication was excellent! I feel fortunate that that I found a trustworthy shop that can take care of my auto needs. Thanks

  Took my truck in on Tuesdsay for an AC diagnostic and repair. They mentioned they were booked for the week so I was expecting it to get done the next week. Nope, the diagnoses was done by Wednesday. It was incredibly comprehensive and went over the entire truck not just the AC. I approved the repairs I wanted and the truck was done by Thursday morning. As a woman Ive had issues with repair shops being pushy and condescending in the past and this was NOT my experience with AutoER, everyone was incredibly nice, no one tried to push me to have repairs or services I didn't want and the price was super reasonable. With it being a chain business I wasnt expecting a lot but I was wrong, they were great and I would absolutely return here.
