  Austin Burtnett provided amazing customer service on a Holiday when most places were closed. We were traveling and had tire trouble. We arrived 1 hour before closing time and they were able to help and get us back on the road quickly. Thank you!

  My car has under 10,000 miles on it, and from the day I drove it off the lot, it was shaking and pulling to the right. I brought it back to Toyota Orlando three different times asking them to rebalance the tires. Each time, I was told everything had been done correctly. However, every time I got up to around 75 mph on the highway, the vibration would come right back. This is a brand new factory-ordered car, so it was frustrating to keep having the same issue. I also felt like the alignment was off. The car seemed to drift to the right and needed more steering corrections than it should on the highway. Even with those concerns, I was repeatedly told everything was within spec. Eventually, I stopped by Tire Choice in NSB and spoke with Austen and his team. They took the time to listen, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed an issue that had been missed during three separate visits to Toyota Orlando. Austen and his team were honest, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting the car driving correctly. The difference was noticeable immediately. Thank you for helping me finally get my car driving the way it should have from day one. Huge shoutout to Austen for taking my concerns seriously and giving me confidence that they could figure it out. They did exactly that.
