  Pumps said pay inside. Went inside to pay. Line was long. Cashier yelled that gas can be pre-paid at self checkout to save time. I went to self checkout and pre-paid for $60 worth of gas on pump 17. Went outside to pump the gas. Pump 17 wouldn't work. Had to go back in and wait in line again. Time was not saved. Cashier said "oh yeah pump 17 isn't working". I was told to move to a different pump and I would have to pay again and that the first $60 would be refunded to my card (eventually). They never said when. If Racetrack employees are aware that pump 17 isn't working, why not put a sign on it before someone spends money on it. This place is run like a circus full of clowns. I would suggest driving a few extra mile in either direction and buy gas from Circle K. 6/23/26

  Great place for gasoline and plenty of food, lunches, dinner, etc.. employees are always friendly.

  Poor customer service. Just witnessed this situation. A couple from Germany pulls into gas pumps to get fuel. I am inside grabbing a coffee. The wife is at the register waiting for a bit. I asked racetrac employee as she walks out of back room that someone needs assistance at register. She tells to entire store. Cash not accepted. Credit only at self check out. Now I understand it’s 410am. But it’s Monday, and this racetrac is located not even a mile from I95. The interstate that extends from Miami to I believe Maine. I guess she decided to help the young lady after others looked at her and she realized the women spoke very little English. We as a society need to treat everyone with respect. My grandparents are from Germany, but this is not about me. I don’t understand corporate at Racetrac. This is Why Wawa destroys you everywhere. I will tell you a quick story. Do you know why Wawa has been building on top of Racetrac locations? Because Racetrac started to build in Wawa territories after they had an agreement to be professional and share. They are greedy. They have trash food that makes most people sick. Their gas prices aren’t any better and the service if you get it is less than professional. In today’s world with the cost of gas and other expenses I will go out of my way to fuel up at Costco or Buc-ees. They have first class service. I will chose to go to a kore expensive restaurant with my family if I know service is good. I have means and service is important. Just sad that you have to pay for it. I served 11 years in the Military and the stuff I see on the regular makes me Sick. Civilians have no clue the sacrifices we have made. Have a great day. As you can tell by my google reviews in the past I am always giving positive comments but today in this moment I cannot. Sometimes you gotta blast. Uncle
