  If I could give a ZERO ( 0 ) in stars I would !! I’m a single father with a 3 month old baby , and have my 80 year old father living with me that I take care of . I purchased a new Chevy for reliability and customer service and they failed on both !!!! I had a flat tire on Friday and here I sit still Tuesday with no vehicle still !! No courtesy vehicle , no updates or communication that anyone cares at all !!

  I was satisfied from the moment I walked through the door. Marshall, Mario, Dave in finance, Melissa at the front desk, Jeff in service, all professional and easy to get along with. I would recommend New Smyrna beach Chevrolet to friends and family. What a great dealership!

  Don't buy a used car at this dealer. I have purchased two, a 2014 Chevy Captiva and a 2018 GMC Yukon XL. In both cases there have been problems. I found out after purchase the Captiva had been in an undisclosed accident, and NSB Chevy had to buy it back from me. Last December I bought a 2018 GMC Yukon XL from them. Worst vehicle EVER. Within three hours the tailgate glass fell off. Yep. I had to have a tow truck rescue my wife who was stranded just three hours after signing on the line. After weeks in their service department, NSB fixed it. Great. I should have forced them to take it back. In the 7 months since, the water pump exploded all over the engine bay (stranding my wife and kids again while I was out of state), the leveling system died, and the final coup de grâce was on the way home from a road trip with two adults four kids and two dogs the transmission burned up west of Jacksonville. Thank the Lord a bottle of transmission fix got it running enough to get home at 55mph in the right lane through Jax...Does NSB Chevy want to offer me any help? Nah. "Sold As-Is". I'm up to my eyeballs in a transmission swap in my driveway (you think I can afford their service costs???) and I am not happy about it. All I can say is "Buyer Beware". Their "XXX Point Inspection" isn't worth the paper it's written on. I try to not write bad reviews unless it's REALLY warranted, and in this case its warranted and then some.
