My experience with New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet left me extremely disappointed with the overall buying process and post-sale customer service.
Before purchasing my 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe Premier, I received a walkaround video of the vehicle during my initial inquiry. The issue I later raised was visible on that video, and both the transport driver and I observed it upon delivery before I signed paperwork. Despite this, there was never any direct verbal disclosure to me regarding the concern, nor was there any written acknowledgment presented for me to review or sign before the sale was finalized.
What frustrated me most was not simply the issue itself, but the handling of the situation afterward. During the process, I received inconsistent explanations regarding what was known, what was disclosed, and how the matter was being interpreted. I spent considerable time communicating with Chevrolet Customer Care, multiple dealerships, and management representatives trying to get straightforward answers and proper documentation.
As a customer making a significant purchase, I expected transparency, professionalism, and consistency throughout the process. Instead, I was left feeling that my concerns were minimized and that clear communication was lacking from the very beginning.
I understand that used vehicles may have imperfections, but honesty and customer service should never be optional. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to carefully inspect the vehicle, request written documentation of any concerns, and ensure all questions are fully answered before signing paperwork.

Do not go to the service department. Service department did not perform any of the stated service that was promised on my first service. Was told 2.5 gallons of def would be added: not performed. Tires would be rotated: not performed. Washer fluid filled: not performed. Tires filled: not performed. Washed: not performed. I’m just hoping they actually changed the oil. This is my first Chevy, I really wished I stuck with a Ram.
