  Very satisfied with the service provided by Gerber on my Chevy Cruze. Bruce and the rest of the team kept me well updated, did great repair work, and even got it done 4 days earlier than I expected. Above and beyond service. Would definitely take my vehicle to them again.

  I can’t say enough good things. Cassadie was my estimator. She was incredible. Kept in constant communication with me. Very knowledgeable and personable! Repair time was as expected. Quality of repair was exceptional. I highly recommend Gerber for any glass/collision need!!

  My car was wrecked by someone with a trailer making a left turn at a stop sign. I had a horrible experience with the driver's insurance so, I ultimately took matters into my own hands and made a claim through mine. To be honest, I had low expectations when I was sent to Gerber because of my experience so far. From the moment I scheduled the appointment to completion, the customer service was wonderful. I was informed through the entire process. The workmanship on my luxury vehicle was outstanding and I'm happy with the results. The shop even offered to deliver my vehicle (I lived nearby) when they found out I was not readily available to receive it on a Friday. They did it and returned the vehicle clean! Both of these items were unexpected and fantastic!!

  Here is my take on Gerber NSB, Took my wife's car to get an estimate. Was told I needed to make an appointment. They set up an appointment for a week later. I took it in and the guy took 4-5 mins and was done. (waist of a week) I don't get an email for a week so I call and am told that the guy is no longer working at that location so they put someone else on the est. The est came in at $1700 but they would not order the parts until I dropped off the car. (makes no sense to me) So I went by and told them that I was not going thru my insurance, I would write a check and was told they would sent me a new est. The new est came in at $2,100 ($400 more) I was told that the Insurance has a guaranteed rate. So they wanted me (I was writing a check, no CC) to pay $400 more for the same repairs because I was not the Insurance Company. Sounds like a scam to me.

  Original owners fixed my truck and said guarantee, new owners will not, (i understand that) but now they don't do any lifted trucks.
