  Great rental, unfortunately, upon pick a marijuana order was in the interior that I couldn’t get rid of with deodorizer’s. Was definitely a bummer while driving. Didn’t make a fuss but informed the company

  Terrible experience 5/13 I was rented out a vehicle with obvious issues to the point it was unsafe to travel in said vehicle with my small child. I left the lot and within a few miles felt like I was taking a chance driving this vehicle. I called the company to be told to continue to drive the vehicle they would put me in a new car as soon as one became available. I understood that they didn’t have any cars available so I proceeded to take the car back. I may have had the car under 45 minutes tops when I asked to cancel my reservation. I was told my reservation was not open long enough that I would have to have a manager get in contact with me first thing the next morning.. The next morning came and went it was noon and I still needed a new vehicle with no call back on resolving my issue 4pm rolled around and the district manager Brianna called me to “resolve” my issue by finally cancelling said reservation and refunding me a partial amount of my money back because in her words “you drove it off the lot” she proceeded to argue with me about wether or not the car was road worthy and ask me if “I wanted a refund or not” she was rude and disrespectful, she has no customer service skills and does not treat customers with care or respect. I wouldn’t try to rent through here again simply based on how the district manager treats individuals. When I asked why it took all day for someone to help me I was told that she came in the office and seen I had an issue but it wasn’t her priority in that moment. She could have passed it off to someone else who wanted to do their job for the day. I still have not received the partial refund or the charge back to the $ they charged me for the reservation 🙂 I did however take my business to Avis down the road and worked with the owner Derrick who would never treat his customers with such disrespect.

  Branch Manager, Briana Paysinger, runs this office efficiently while maintaining an exceptionally high level of customer service. Team members, assistant manager James, and customer rep Kayla, also add to the feeling that they not only care about the customers but also about each other, making renting a car a welcoming, positive experience. The business I work for rents from this location on a regular basis, so I am there often. I always feel as if I am being welcomed home. Great team, convenient location.

  Got a call earlier today stating that the antenna was missing on the 2026 Chevy Silverado, which I returned yesterday because they need trucks at the location, instead of dropping it off at the airport. I looked at the photos prior to picking up the vehicle and guess what wasn't there, the antenna. As you can see on the passenger side, it isn't there. As a retired disabled veteran, I really don't need this stress, thus, I'm venting on here instead. ATTENTION FUTURE CUSTOMERS: TAKE PICTURES, BECAUSE THEY WON'T. DON'T TRUST AND VERIFY AT LEAST TWICE! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update, contacting Enterprise is unnecessary since I already took care of this with the manager at the location. I'm just leaving my review and my complete and utter displeasure with dealing with the nonsense at this location, and potential auto insurance claim fraud which would have occurred if I didn't have the picture to dispute the locations claim.

  Wonderful, competent people, efficient, smart and friendly. Great to work with. Car was a new Chevvy Malibu, clean, ready to roll with no issues. Adequate power, excellent brakes, surprisingly good road manners and handling for a low-spec "fleet options" car. (I had to drive back and forth on I-4 so those things are important.) When you buy more of these (and I know you will), please add blind-spot sensors as there are serious blind spots in the outside rear view mirrors. Also, soundproofing might help, I have driven panel vans which were quieter. That's just me being picky, but the blind spot sensors will make the car significantly safer. I was fine turning my head to look out the windows (that's why they are there, right?) but some people get lazy and change lanes without looking. I was and am pleased with the overall experience, and I'll come back and rent again when I need to.
