  This company is HORRIBLE! I had a reservation set for over a week-10 minutes before they are supposed to be there they leave a message they dont have a car and dont know when one will be available! What kind of business is this!

  This is august 2026 I had reserved a full size car weeks in advance and when I got there I got stuck with something I didn’t want but took it anyways. Drove it for three weeks and it had an issue with the driver side tire so I called to get it switched out and was told in between 2-5 I would get a call back to switch the car out so I waited around all day and 15 mins to 5 they tell me to take it to a tire shop because they didn’t have a vehicle for me. Mind you I WAITED ALL DAY LONG! I’m so mad because I wasted my last day off waiting on these ppl just to tell me to go to a tire shop which isn’t my problem. Once I return this car that has a tire issue, I don’t think I’ll be renting another car from them again. What a waste of my time. When it’s time to go to dinner they wanna tell me to go to a tire shop. I don’t have time for that I wasted the WHOLE DAY already waiting. What’s the point of reserving a car if they aren’t giving you what you reserved? I should have went with Avis instead but I’ve never had a problem with enterprise and I’ve been renting cars from them for years. All I can say is wow this isn’t good customer service. I shouldn’t have to go to any tire shop and wait for them to fix a tire that isn’t mine.

  We had a family emergency and rented a car from here. First time, but definitely won’t be the last. This is my new go to place. Awesome customer service from James when we picked up the car and when we dropped it off. Very quick and got us on our way with ease. Vehicle was clean and drove very nicely. Return was seemless. This place is great! Totally recommend

  Well Anyway, I reserved a rent a car, suv-- 10 days before my trip, When I showed up on 7-31-26 @ 8:00 am there wasn't a rental available, Having an appointment in Jacksonville That morning I didn't know what to do.. I told The Branch Manager my situation, Her Name Is Briana Paysinger, very very nice person She went On the computer And asked how long I would need the rental for... I told her by 3:00 pm I should be back, She hooked me up with a passenger van, Which was fine with me, I couldn't miss this appointment... I mean she went Above And Beyond To help me out, As long as she is at Enterprise, I will alway use that location. I thought customer service was dead, But not with Briana In Charge..... Thank You Very Very Much Bri. You saved the day...... Robert A Spizzolini Satisfied Customer......

  There was only one girl working at enterprise the entire time I was there for picking up and dropping off my vehicle. She was extremely sweet and helpful so this review is not about the service from her. However, I think enterprise needs to do better and hire more people because there was a line of people and the phone was ringing off the hook. It was also disappointing because I had booked a Mercedes van online and when I went to pick it up, they said all they had was Ford transit after I had already paid and made the arrangements. This was a complete downgrade, and I would not have paid this much for a Ford van. But by the time I got there, I did not have time to make other arrangements. enterprise needs to do better setting expectations on their website and hiring more people. Unless someone contacts me to correct this issue I will not be using enterprise again.
