  Paul and Diane were great to work with. I had purchased a battery back on 12/24 and it was operating only at 39 percent. It was still under a 3 year warranty and they replaced it, no questions asked. They also rotated my tires which I purchased at a different Tire Choice location. It was all done in 30 minutes!!

  Went there for oil change and air pressure was low in one tire. Tire is still low after service and when I parked car after service the rear windshield fell apart into a million pieces. Strange It’s been good in the past. Don’t know what happened here. I hope they really changed the oil

  Needed a tire warranties they jumped right on it no questions ask therefore there hazard warranty worth every penny

  Drove my car in for a hose replacement on the 2nd of September and ended up having to tow my car a week later to another shop because they broke a separate part and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Paul, the absolute nightmare of a manager, lied on the paperwork and to corporate. Still waiting on the regional manager to contact me. Corporate said it would be 48 hours and it’s been over a week. A $280 repair for a radiator hose turned into $1500 repair and the other shop STILL doesn’t understand what Paul did to my car. Don’t take your car here. They are not honest people.
