  Robert our representative was great. Helpful and informative. Because it was daylight and raining I did not notice the vehicle's front windshield was very dirty to the point that I had to pull into a gas station to clean it off. There were toe prints on the windshield on the passenger's side that I left to show the rep. After further inspection we found the vehicle itself had not been cleaned. There was trash in the passenger section and a hair pick left in the vehicle. I will still use Enterprise. Better that some of the others.

  What I liked most about my Enterprise experience was being able to choose an affordable car that fit my needs. The customer service was excellent, and the staff encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions or concerns. I also chose to add Enterprise's damage coverage, and the representative explained that, in their opinion, it was a wise choice because if anything happened to the vehicle, I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. Overall, the process was easy, and I had a positive experience.

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on US 19 in New Port Richey gets an A+ from this teacher on summer break! As an Enterprise Car Rental Rewards member who rents from Enterprise several times a year, I know what exceptional customer service looks like—and this location absolutely delivers. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. The young man behind the counter with the beard (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) had my car ready to go right at my 8 AM reservation time and was handing the keys off to Robert. A special shout-out goes to Robert, who was an absolute rock star! He didn’t just check me in, he took the time to walk around the vehicle with me, pointed out all of the features, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable before I left. The car itself was excellent quality and the interior was impeccably clean, which made the experience even better. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it was truly appreciated. The entire team made the rental experience easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a car rental in the New Port Richey area, this is the only location I would recommend. They have definitely earned my continued business. Thank you to everyone at the US 19 Enterprise for providing such outstanding service!
