The owner was super helpful in quickly repairing my flat tire. Great customer service and will definitely be back again if I have any future issues! Highly recommend!!

The sweetest manager Drew and their sales guy Mike they've been incredibly helpful. I came here with sidewall nails in my tires they were so helpful and prompt at finding the best solution. Even helping me again not even a week later with yet another nail. I have never been so unlucky but they were so courteous and took care of me regards how busy they were at the end of day!!!

I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom! I originally took my car to the dealership for maintenance, and they tried to charge me a lot of money for a cross-threaded lug nut. Since Tire Kingdom had recently replaced my back tire and completed my brake service, I decided to bring my car back to them for help.
They had me in and out in less than an hour! I’m incredibly grateful to Mike for his help, honesty, and clear explanations throughout the process. Thank you to Mike and the entire team for making everything so quick, efficient, and easy. I will definitely be returning and I can’t recommend them enough!

0/10 – I Do Not Recommend Tire Kingdom in Neptune Beach
If you have a lowered/low-profile car, or even a car with normal ride height, I do not recommend Tire Kingdom in Neptune Beach.
I ordered two tires for my car and had them delivered directly to this location. The first time I went in to have them installed, they had absolutely no problem lifting my car. They couldn’t complete the installation that day because my wheel lock key was broken, so I came back two days later with a new one.
To my surprise, as soon as I walked through the door, the manager on duty rudely told me that they were not going to work on my car. When I asked why, he said they don’t work on lowered cars.
I explained that this didn’t make any sense because two days earlier they had already lifted the exact same car without any issues, and the only reason the work wasn’t completed was because of the broken wheel lock key. His response was basically, “Well, I’m the manager today, and I’m not going to work on it.”
Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service.
I then called to ask how they were going to handle the refund for the tires I had already paid for. The manager told me that he had already processed the refund two days earlier. However, when I contacted Tire Kingdom’s corporate customer service to file a complaint, I found out that the refund had never been processed. On top of that, when I asked for his name, he gave me a different name.
0/10 from me. This will definitely be my last time going to this Tire Kingdom location. The customer service was terrible, and I would not recommend this location.
As for the manager, he definitely needs training on how to treat customers and how to handle situations professionally.
