  Came to get my AC filled since it’s been on the fritz for years and it’s mid summer. Service manager yelled at me saying they won’t keep filling it (only did it once before last year) and it was illegal for me to keep doing it… dude was a total prick with a horrible attitude. Been coming here for years won’t be anymore it’s a shame they are usually very nice :/ (bald dude)

  Continue to be amazed at how attentive and courteous the staff at Expess Oil Change are every time I have a question or need service. Today, Levi the service manager listened to the concerns I had about my car and discussed the options that were available to address the issue. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to Express for oil changes and more!

  Always so helpful, fast, and efficient! My most recent visit took less than 15 minutes for a thorough inspection and Tim took the time to explain what was most urgent and showed me filters as he was looking at them to share his expert opinions as well. Trust this crew with my car and with their customer service and highly recommend!

  I am new to Navarre and needed my splash guard replaced after a technician at Midas incorrectly reattached my previous one (which led to it ripping off on the highway). I popped into Express Oil Change hoping they may be able to help - not only did they help, but the mechanic who helped me, Tim, refused to charge for labor even after I insisted. I had an extremely positive experience and got the impression that everyone who works here is very trustworthy. I will definitely be coming here for oil changes in the future! Thank you to Tim & the Express Oil Change team!

  Been coming here for my last few oil changes. The recommendations are top notch to make sure I get EXACTLY what I need for my vehicle, and the knowledge shared with me is so helpful. The last few times I got lucky and had Derek as my service attendant, and he definitely makes the trip worth it every time! I drive a Nissan, so q ton of the weird niche problems (cabin air filter for sure) that it has for service workers, these guys handle it with so much ease! It's FASTER than the dealerships wait time too! And the way they greet AND guide me exactly where I need to be! Definitely will be back for many more oil changes.
