SPRINGTIME MAINTENANCE FOR SMOOTH RIDES AHEAD

Batteries

Cold weather takes its toll on batteries. Now that winter is behind us, stop by for a free battery check to make sure your car has the power for smooth operation in the springtime weather. If you need a new one, we carry batteries with proven tough coverage from Duralast, plus performance options like Optima and Odyssey and economical buys from Valucraft. We have everything you need to keep your car powered all year long.

Brakes

Springtime brings sunny days and much needed rain. Stop on a dime year round with brake system maintenance. Reliable stopping starts at AutoZone. Get Duralast brakes that meet or exceed OE, economical options from Valucraft, or performance brakes from Brembo, EBC, and more.

Motor Oil

When the temperature warms up the oil in your vehicle thins, which can strain your engine if too thin. When shopping oil for warmer months, use thicker oil. It is recommended to change your oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles.

Windshield Wipers

Windshield Wiper Blades should be replaced every six months to a year. A fresh set of wiper blades are important for spring months. Cool conditions can make dirt, pollen, and water more stubborn to wipe away, increasing the wear and tear on your wipers.

My husband had a warranty for his axal, the axal we needed was at this store. We are in niceville. He was told there would be no "core charge" they did not let us know that there still was a "Warranty charge" 160.00. The shop worker had his sister pick up the part since she was already in navarre. She was nice enough to pick up the part for us. We then call the store, of course upset about the 160.00 charge. They then proceed to tell us if we bring the part in we'll be reimbursed. We did let them know that we did not personally pick it up, which we were told it was fine they can send the money back to the card it was purchased one. Drive all the way for them to tell us they cant reimbursed the card.

Popped in here today to find a replacement part since Nissan doesn't allow you to purchase what I needed separately. Brian spent 20 minutes searching and testing alternatives, and was even kind enough to reinstall the trim piece. He was so knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. For a $5.99 purchase..... 10+++ 5 star service. Thank you Brian

I HAD AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mr Devin( or just Devin) took his time and helped me through charging my car's battery and now I also get to see all of the other electrical matters with my car.

I have now visited the AutoZone in Navarre twice, and both experiences were frustrating enough that I almost walked out both times. The first visit, I came in to buy a can of PB Blaster and some brake cleaner. There were multiple customers waiting to be helped, but one employee was working at a computer in the back and appeared completely unaware that people were standing in line. Another employee was on the phone in the back for what felt like an eternity. After waiting and receiving zero acknowledgment from anyone, I finally gave up and left. Unfortunately, my second visit wasn’t much better. This time there were two completely different employees. One was working on a computer in the back while another was at the front register handling paperwork. The problem wasn’t that they were busy—it was that nobody said a word. No “We’ll be right with you,” no acknowledgment, nothing. While I stood waiting, someone in civilian clothes walked in and an employee immediately stopped what he was doing to help carry parts outside. Meanwhile, I continued standing there wondering if anyone was ever going to help me. Eventually I had to ask for assistance myself because I was about ready to leave again. The response I got was simply, “Yep, in a second.” The employee who had just helped carry parts outside eventually came back and checked me out, which left me wondering why that couldn’t have happened in the first place. I don’t expect a red-carpet welcome when I walk into an auto parts store. I do, however, expect the basic courtesy of being acknowledged and knowing that someone is aware I’m waiting. That’s standard customer service, and it’s something I’ve consistently experienced at other AutoZone locations. Two visits, two poor experiences, and both times I was close to walking out. When customers have to beg to be checked out while employees walk past them without saying a word, something is wrong. The experience was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to leave this review and a one-star rating. Do better.

I just had the friendliest, best customer service today! Chris cheerfully assisted me replacing a windshield wiper on the driver's side. I truly appreciated his helpfulness to this senior lady, all with a beautiful smile.
