Extremely professional and Fair prices, good honest work from good honest people. Mason was very helpful, came in for 2 tires being mounted, very timely, and very friendly. If youre in the area i would recommend this specific tire kingdom, never misses, compared to the other ones this is the best one imo.

Completely disappointing experience. They kept me waiting 3 hours just to tell me they cannot do the service today. I ask them if I can comeback I. The morning and be first appointment and they said that they cannot guarantee anything. It all depends on who shows up to work. What king of service is that. This should be no stars.

On June 30, 2026, I dropped my vehicle off at approximately 2:30 p.m. for tire service. I was told the work would take about two hours and that my vehicle would be ready around 5:00 p.m.
By 5:21 p.m., I still had not received a call, so I contacted the store myself. I was told to come on over because they were “finishing it up” and that it would be ready when I arrived.
I arrived at approximately 5:36 p.m. and was asked which vehicle I was picking up. After providing my information, I was told the technician was simply washing his hands and would bring my car around shortly. That turned out to be untrue.
At approximately 6:03 p.m., the store manager informed me that they had lost my car keys. Rather than apologizing or taking accountability, he immediately told me they could call a locksmith. I explained that my key is an original Toyota key with factory programming and that I would not accept a generic replacement from a locksmith. His response was that it was “all they could do.” He then stated they would call customers the following day to see if my keys had accidentally been left in another customer’s vehicle.
At approximately 6:32 p.m., the store manager approached me again and asked whether I was getting picked up or taking a Lyft. I explained that I was waiting for the locksmith since they had lost my keys. He responded that they would call locksmiths tomorrow instead. I reminded him that I live an hour away. He then told me I could “get on Google and call locksmiths as well,” otherwise my car would be staying overnight.
Throughout this entire interaction, I felt as though I was being treated as if I had misplaced my own keys rather than the store taking responsibility for losing them. There was no urgency, empathy, accountability, or professionalism shown by the store manager.
A short time later, another employee came from the service area and found my keys sitting on the oil rack. Despite the keys being found, the store manager never apologized for the inconvenience, the unnecessary stress, or the way the situation was handled. Instead, another employee offered me only a $50 discount.
When I finally went to inspect my vehicle, I discovered that both rims on the tires that had been serviced had fresh scratches around the edges that were not present before my visit. I immediately showed the damage to the store manager. He briefly looked at the rims, casually stated that he would call me on Thursday when he returned, and then walked to his own vehicle and left for the day without inspecting the damage further or offering any immediate resolution.
By the time I finally left the store, it was approximately 7:13 p.m.—more than two hours after the promised completion time.
I understand that mistakes can happen. However, what is unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability, communication, urgency, and customer care demonstrated by the store manager throughout this experience. Losing a customer’s keys, suggesting that the customer search for a locksmith, failing to apologize after the keys were found, and returning the vehicle with damaged rims reflects an unacceptable level of service.
I am requesting that Tire Kingdom:
* Accept responsibility for the damage to my rims and repair or replace them at no cost to me.
* Conduct an investigation into how my keys were lost and why this situation was handled so poorly.
* Address the unprofessional conduct of the store manager.
* Provide appropriate compensation for the excessive delay, inconvenience, unnecessary stress, and damage to my vehicle.
I entrusted Tire Kingdom with my vehicle expecting professionalism and care. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, inconvenienced, and disappointed by the way this entire situation was handled.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service! I couldn’t be happier with my oil change and tire rotation. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
They also found something that really surprised me—the previous shop I had gone to had left my wheel lock key under the hood of my car. I truly appreciate how thorough and honest they were in inspecting my vehicle and letting me know about it.
Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism from start to finish. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and they definitely earned mine. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service!

I want to give a special thank you to Louis and Dee Diegenhardt at Tire Kingdom in Homestead, located at 2699 South Dixie Highway. From the moment I called, Dee answered the phone and was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. That first impression meant a lot.
I actually passed several tire shops on my way there, and I can honestly say I made the right choice. As soon as I walked in, Louis and Dee took great care of me. They explained everything clearly and showed me exactly what was going on with my car. I needed tires and an alignment, and they also checked my brakes and looked over everything else to make sure my vehicle was safe.
At no point did I feel pressured. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. The entire experience was A1 from start to finish.
Because of the outstanding customer service I received, they have made me a customer for life. As long as Louis and Dee are there, I will definitely be coming back. Great experience, great people, and excellent service all around.
