I came in after getting a flat and want to give a big shoutout to Luis. He was so kind and helpful, and he took the time to explain everything. You can tell he understands how important it is for customers to have the right information so they can make the best decision for themselves.
Scheduling was easy, with a clear confirmation and clear expectations, and the customer service meant the world to me. Luis made me feel welcome and never pushed a sale. Honestly, that's exactly what makes me want to come back and trust a place.
Dealing with a flat is stressful, and he made the whole thing feel like it was going to be totally OK. Thank you, Luis!

My experience and first impression at tire kingdom was exceptional for many reasons!
I came in the shop for an alignment knowing that there was some underlying issues with my vehicle. Team member MASON helped me address these issues and service my car with excellent customer service skills. He helped me identify what was wrong with my tires and what the root issue causing it was. I’m super satisfied with the results and I’m leaving the shop much more educated on the functions of crucial components as a heavy driver. The staff is professional and they do things by the book . They do not rip you an arm and a leg. You get exactly what you need. They also suggested I replaced my engine & cabin filter whereas the previous shop I’ve been to never alerted me for it to be replaced. They’re excellent beyond repair.
I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom! The customer service was outstanding, and I especially want to recognize Degenhardt Hueck for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent attention to detail.
He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. It's not every day you find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service.
I highly recommend Tire Kingdom, and a special thank you to Degenhardt Huek for going above and beyond. Definitely a 5-star experience! I'll be coming back!

Luis, Degenhardt, and Mason were amazing. I had such a great experience at Tire Kingdom. I originally came in for tires, but after their inspection I was able to get my tires, alignment, full synthetic oil change, and suspension work all taken care of in one visit. The team explained everything clearly, worked with me on pricing, and even helped apply discounts, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling much more confident about my car and the work that was done. Great customer service, great communication, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend this location!

I had such a great experience at Tire Kingdom in Homestead! Degenhardt, Luis, and Mason were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. They took great care of my tires, and what could have been a boring wait turned into such a pleasant experience because of their excellent customer service and great conversation.
It’s always refreshing to be treated with kindness and professionalism, and this team definitely went above and beyond. I truly appreciate the service I received and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality work and amazing customer care. Thank you, Degenhardt, Luis, and Mason!
