  Lleve un cupon me dijeron que si era valido, despues al finalizar dijeron que no era valido para cobrar $140 por un cambio de aceite de un toyotita ellos no dan precios te dice. Que despues y deapues quieren cobrar sobre valorado el precio por favor no hagan ningun trabajo sin precio aqui te estafan si no preguntas el precio antes, la personas en el front desk amable pero dice que solo sigue instructions, si no les dan precio antes no hagan el ttabajo porque despuss quieren cobrar como si el carro fuese una Lamborghini el que quiera creer que lo haga es para que no les pase lo que a nosotros nos paso mucho ojooo en este lugar no se las demas direcciones muchsiimas precautions porque los mechanics no todos son asi mucho ojoo

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in for a regular oil change when I see that they removed the spring that sits inside the oil filter housing of the car. This spring pressure is read by the oil pressure sensor of the car. When the service was done my car threw a low oil pressure light obviously since they removed the part. I literally saw them take it out with pliers and throw it in the trash When I told them I saw them throw in the trash the Manager of the place begins to tell me that it does not do anything and it’s probably an issue with the vehicle. My Son is a certified Audi/Volkswagen mechanic and advised me that the reason it threw the code was for the part that they threw away. The manager then begins to tells that if “My son is a mechanic why didn’t he do the oil change.” Completely unprofessional manner by the manager. Instead of taking accountability on them causing the fault with the car, She tries to shift blame and tell me that My son should have done the oil change since he’s a Mechanic. It does not matter if my Son is a mechanic, I came to get my oil changed and paying for a service not to have my car throw a code and then tell me that I should get it done elsewhere. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

  Very pricey and didn't Evan filled my cooler they charge me $6 I was a visitor to the state. I used today.I will never gonna come pass back

  I do not recommend this location at all. Before buying a Groupon for an oil change, I went in person to confirm the price. The employee clearly told me the $69.99 Groupon would be honored, and that I would only need to pay taxes and maybe around $20 extra if my vehicle (Volkswagen Atlas) required more oil. Based on that, I bought the Groupon. That turned out to be completely false. After the service, I was told I needed an engine air filter for $45, which I agreed to. But when it was time to pay, they charged me $118 on top of the $69.99 I had already paid. That brought my total to about $188—basically the same as their regular full price, making the Groupon completely useless. When I questioned the charges, they suddenly started adding things that were never mentioned before, like extra oil, disposal fees, and other costs. Then the employee told me, “I don’t know why you bought the Groupon, it ends up being the same price anyway.” This is after he had already told me to go ahead and buy it. So I was clearly misled into purchasing something that did not provide any savings at all. The information I was given beforehand was not true, and the pricing was not transparent. This feels like deceptive and dishonest business practices. Promotions should not be used to mislead customers into paying the same amount. This was my second time coming here, and it will absolutely be my last. I will not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never return—even if it’s right next to my home.

  Great experience and excellent customer service. . Lewis was very attentive and did everything possible to provide me a service on the same day even though he have to make some calls to get authorization but he handled very professional and quick.
