  Went in for an oil change pulled into the bay spoke to the gentleman for about 1 minute explain to him I want synthetic oil from a bottle not from his pumps It took less than a minute or two for him to tell me that they don't have my oil in a bottle by that time they already started draining my oil never gave me an estimate up front for the oil change or confirmed the oil that I wanted prior to draining my oil had to have them refill it with the recycled oil that they used and then take it to someone else to change the oil and filter correctly I would not recommend jiffy lube what would have happened if the cost of the oil change was more than I had then what happens In state of Florida your required to have a written estimate for any work performed to your vehicle prior to work starting they did not do that.

Their customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the care and attention they provided. Even though it was late in the day, they greeted me with warm smiles and a positive attitude.   I purchased a full synthetic oil change off Groupon for $79.99. When I arrived for my oil change the guy at Jiffy lube proceed to tell me the price I paid on Groupon doesn’t cover the oil or disposal fees. Charged me an additional $44. They scammed me out of $44 I have reported this location in Naranja, Fl to Groupon. They under investigation because the $79.99 covered everything as per Groupon. Terrible customer service and experience at this location 26690 S Dixie Highway.

  Worst experience ever the Manager Aaron T was very rude, disrespectful ,unprofessional. Does not have good customer service at all. He over price me for an oil change for 185 dollars despite I had a coupon and told me my coupon didn’t apply never ever again. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube. The customer service was rude from the moment I walked in, and the manager was completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, they were dismissive, argumentative, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. I came in expecting a simple oil change and decent service, but the entire experience felt rushed and disrespectful. The staff lacked communication, and the manager’s attitude made the situation even worse. Customer service should never make people feel ignored or talked down to. I definitely will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone looking for professional or respectful service.

  Lleve un cupon me dijeron que si era valido, despues al finalizar dijeron que no era valido para cobrar $140 por un cambio de aceite de un toyotita ellos no dan precios te dice. Que despues y deapues quieren cobrar sobre valorado el precio por favor no hagan ningun trabajo sin precio aqui te estafan si no preguntas el precio antes, la personas en el front desk amable pero dice que solo sigue instructions, si no les dan precio antes no hagan el ttabajo porque despuss quieren cobrar como si el carro fuese una Lamborghini el que quiera creer que lo haga es para que no les pase lo que a nosotros nos paso mucho ojooo en este lugar no se las demas direcciones muchsiimas precautions porque los mechanics no todos son asi mucho ojoo
