I had an excellent experience purchasing my Volvo S60, thanks to Patsie! What made this experience even more impressive was that I negotiated and finalized the entire deal from long distance. Patsie made the process incredibly smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and responsive throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, and he made sure all my questions were answered and everything was handled before I arrived. Buying a vehicle from a distance can be challenging, but Patsie made it easy and gave me complete confidence in my purchase. I truly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Patsie to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience, whether purchasing locally or from out of town!

Wanted to explore a few previously owned Volvo's last week. Went to Volvo Cars of Naples and hooked up with Jon McMillian. Jon was very down to earth with no pressure - just trying to make sure we got the car we wanted. I received a veteran's discount and the car we chose had everything we wanted. All in all it was a pleasant day with Jon and we left the dealership in our new car.

An easy annual check-up on our Volvo. Ryan, our service manager, kept us informed throughout. Top notch service.

Great cars..,. great service... and amazing people who work there. It's a warm and friendly dealership, and they go way out of their way for their customers, who they consider the VOLVO family!

First, we came from Palm Beach County to look at another dealer. Having spoken with the team earlier in the week, we stopped in "just because" on our way out of town. The team we worked with: Andrew S., Andrew B. and the finance manager, treated us like family. The manager, Ashley, presented us with one strong initial offer that didn't require a back and forth negotiation on a vehicle that was just too good to pass up. We spent the day sharing stories, moving through essential paperwork and, much to our surprise, really just enjoying the process. This will be my 8th year owning a Volvo and if my next car is also a Volvo, I have every intention on taking that drive back to Naples to work with this team. It was night and day compared to other dealerships on the "East Coast." THANK YOU for such a positive buying experience!
