  I have been a Valvoline customer for a few years now. Went to this Valvoline shop today after I got a new Jeep. I just wanted to have the oil checked. The young lady there along with Hunter were very friendly, professional and courteous in helping me. I highly recommend this place, they do excellent work and are nice people!

  I went in for an oil change and I had a 20% off the total invoice coupon from a mailer and when I tried to use it, they said there was an error code and I could not use it which I was very disappointed as I was spending $200 for my total purchase and I could not use the coupon that was mailed to me and the person working really did not care less and I’m not sure if she was new, but it was very terrible customer service and very disappointing and irritating !!! She did not handle the situation well at all!!

  Live in East Naples and have been coming to this Valvoline location for years- always treat me right! Never feel pressured with techs “upselling” me, yet they bring to my attention any needed additions (and always back up any recommendations). Sometimes I need to stay within a spend budget- and that’s always honored respectfully. Today though, I was given a higher dollar amount coupon off my full synthetic oil change than what I had available to use. So appreciated! My service was, efficient, professional, friendly and HONEST. I made sure I tipped “my guys” today for their great service. They are working quickly all day - and it’s hot in there!

  I went there Sunday morning (6.14.2026) to have the oil changed on my daughter's car. There was no wait and I was taken care right away. The young man (Silvio) who took care of me was cocky and arrogant. While talking to me about the car, he called me "Pops." I couldn't believe what he said so I asked him if he called me "Pops" and he smirked and said, Yeah, why? I told him I wanted to be sure of what he said so that when I wrote a review I had the right information. He laughed and told me to go ahead and showed me a placard with a QR code to make a Google review. What arrogance.

  Every time when I go to Valvoline, they always treat you right and if you have any questions, they always have the knowledge to explain to you if you have any concerns Patricia she’s always helpful. She’s always kind and nice and then there’s this other worker I forgot to get his name he’s tall he’s Hispanic with black hair. He was really helpful As well, thank you for all of your hard work. I greatly appreciate it.
