  They gave my work vans a maintenance and oil change and were quick and efficient with it. They did a brake fluid level check, power steering fluid level check, checked my 12v battery, the windshield wash level, and took care of my investment.

  I'd go somewhere else. I watched their initial exterior inspection guy lift my windshield blade up and leave it on the edge so it was lifted up, then their checkout guy slyly pointed it out instantly "oh no you have a bent wiper, did you notice this before? has this ever happened?". I just had my wipers replaced a month ago. They are fine. He could tell I wasn't buying the schtick so he dropped it and put the wiper back in place I didn't call him out in the moment because my actual oil change hadn't completed yet and I wouldn't trust the crew not to do something nefarious if I had called them out right there. Overall just bad vibes for a simple oil change that was very much on the high end of the cost spectrum. They did the job so they get > 1 star, but I wouldn't trust anything they upsell you unless you know you need it already.

  Great experience at Valvoline! The staff was friendly, professional, and super efficient. They explained everything clearly without any pressure or upselling, and I was in and out much faster than expected. Really appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Highly recommend! Thank you Tyler and team!

  Fabulous customer service! Efficient change of oil and wiper blades. The technicians did excellent work - namely Alex and Keondre, and Dwayne were very polite, professional and personable! I’ll definitely return for my service!

They walked me through the entire oil change process, explained what they were checking, and never tried to upsell anything unnecessary. What really stood out was how fast everything was handled without feeling rushed. The technicians worked like a well-oiled machine, and I was in and out in no time. They even took the extra step to check my fluids, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition, which gave me added peace of mind. It’s not often you find a place that combines speed, transparency, and great customer service so well. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.
