  Service was good but pricing is outrageous! My CSR tried to upsell me everything which I understand but 59.99 for a cabin air filter? I could have ordered one for half that and had I not had a coupon for $20 off I would have left and should have but I made a dumb decision decision not to and the oil change was $129.00. I will NOT go back at these prices. And I shld have gotten an Air filter with the oil change and did not.

  Kyle W. helped replace my cabin air filter, which was a major pain and was in desperate need of replacement. I have a compact Ford Fiesta so it was a tight squeeze. With unusual screws, he got them all out and painstakingly got it all replaced properly. He had a postive and cheerful attitude the whole time. The service for my oil chnange was quick, helpful and we had some good laughs.

  not sure how you work at a shop and don’t know you have to remove the schraeder valve off a rim to set the bead. so when i suggested they remove the schraeder to set the bead on the tire, they told me it was not possible, like it was rocket science to remove the schraeder valve, then told me there was nothing they can do for me. Techs need better training the tire literally just needed air without the valve stem whch takes literally 2 seconds yo remove, instead they sent me away.

  If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Steve and his crew worked like a true team. They were all professional, pleasant, and helpful. It was comfortable being able to sit in our own vehicle while the service was being done around us. Steve explained everything to us as it was going on and they offered many helpful services some of which we elected to do with their team. We are traveling from out of town so we really felt vulnerable going in and wish we had a team like this on the East Coast where we live. They ROCKED! Thank you Steve, Javian and crew!💗💗💗

  I had a great experience at the Valvoline on 2476 Immokalee Road today and wanted to share it. Dan Winans, Missel, and Garrett were awesome. They took the time to explain everything to me, and when I had a problem closing my hood, they jumped right in and fixed it. They are incredibly knowledgeable, the customer service was superb, and they were so nice the whole time. What really stood out was that it wasn't just Dan, Missel, and Garrett. The entire team working that day came together to troubleshoot the hood problem and worked as one. I have always been a loyal Valvoline customer, and today's experience only reinforced that loyalty. Love those guys!
