I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom, especially thanks to Omar! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress free. It’s not every day you come across someone who provides this level of customer service. Place is a joke. Should change the name to J O kingdom. I made an appointment to have two tires replaced. I made it abundantly clear to the Latino earring guy that one of the tires had a lock on the rim and it would need to be taken off because I didn't have the key for it. The guy said that they would do it but it might be extra if they break it yada yada and I said that's fine whatever I had to pay. Ordered the tires and came back the next day. After looking for the tires for ten minutes , a bald man with tats said everything was set to proceed and I stated again there was a lock on one of the nuts that would have to be removed. They said yeah okay but it's going to break because the car is old and I would have to pay to have stuff removed and so forth ( the previous night he said it might break it might not). I said fine I'll pay whatever. Then he just flat out says he doesn't feel comfortable all of a sudden and they can't do it. I wouldn't of had them order and put a deposit down if they didn't tell me they would do it the night before. Then he says he was going to air it up for me, even after I said I need a valve stem. I told him twice and he still tells me to pull the car up. Then after bringing the air hose over to a tire without a stem he says " oh I didn't know you needed a whole valve stem" WHAT ELSE WOULD I MEAN WHEN I SAID IT NEEDS A VALVE STEM? After that baffling interaction I had to have my car towed to Tire Choice
( an actual place that knows what they're
doing ). Tire Choice had everything replace in about an hour perfectly. I would've taken it here to begin with instead of dealing with tire kingdom if they didn't flat out say they could do it in the first place. After all that I called to get reimbursed for the tow and they said they don't do that , and that the "conversation changed" that's why they couldn't do it. The conversation was the exact same. I made it crystal clear that the lock would have to be removed and they seemed willing to do it while I was ordering tires. I see why the parking lot is empty. I can't decide if they're liars, inept, or both. Avoid this place like you would avoid someone with Ebola. Do yourself and your car a favor and take it to Tire Choice because they know what they're doing.

I can recommend this place. Dropped of my car for a full check up. I got called once inspected with what needs attention and what is not as important for the moment. I totally felt good taken care of.

Small world!! something so simple all i needed was air in my tire and I couldn’t believe it when I noticed Omar is now working over here in the Naples area!
I originally had the pleasure of dealing with Omar when he was store manager at Pembroke Pines location, and the level of customer service this man provided left such an impression that I actually took the time to leave a review back then. Fast forward, and somehow the man himself ends up right here in our area!
As the owner of Detailing with Derek, I deal with vehicles and customers every single day, so I have a HUGE appreciation for people who genuinely care about their work and the people they’re helping. Omar is exactly that type of person.
He is knowledgeable, professional, honest, patient, and most importantly, he actually CARES. He doesn’t just try to get you in and out the door. He takes the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure you understand exactly what your vehicle needs without making you feel pressured into spending money unnecessarily.
What impressed me about Omar from the beginning was that even when there was absolutely nothing in it for him, he was still willing to go above and beyond to help. That tells you everything you need to know about somebody’s character.
People are quick to leave reviews when something goes wrong, but employees like Omar deserve recognition when they consistently do things RIGHT.
Tire Kingdom seriously gained an incredible asset having Omar at this location. If you’re anywhere around Fort Myers, Naples and need tires, service, or simply want someone you can trust to give you an honest answer about your vehicle, GO SEE OMAR.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted within 10 seconds! Omar was incredibly pleasant, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience.
I came in with a run-flat tire that had a large puncture. Before coming here, I had already tried three other places and was told they could not patch or seal that type of tire. When I arrived at Firestone, Omar at the front took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I understood my options.
What I appreciated most was that he genuinely tried to accommodate my needs while also helping me figure out the best and most affordable option since I was working with a budget. I never felt pressured or rushed.
Please give Omar a bonus! He truly cares about what he does and is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. Customer service like his deserves to be recognized.
