    Friendly courteous staff. Started working on my vehicle as soon as I arrived for a 9am appointment. Only took 45 minutes and everything went great!

    My daughters car broke down over the weekend and we dropped it off at Tire Choice. My husband called and spoke with them about what it needed and were given an estimate of $300 for the part and labor. When my 19 year old daughter went to pick up the car, the bill suddenly became $700!! She refused to pay that amount and had them get the manager. He was not available in person only over the phone. The employee and the manager then had a back and forth about how they would give her a discount (only $40!) She then proceeded to call her father who spoke with the manager. In the end they honored the estimate..however we will NEVER be going back there again. In this day and age you would think that businesses would value their reputation and not try to take advantage of anyone.
