  This place is amazing! I've never had a bad interaction here. Every time I go here they help me out the same day and for a good price. I needed a valve stem twice before and they only charged me 20 bucks. After tire kingdom screwed me over today I came here and Danyer was great and helped me out right away and they did the work the other place couldn't do for cheaper. Thank you!

  I was not completely satisfied with my experience at this location. I would like to share my opinion respectfully, as I believe customer service and the way clients are treated are very important. During my visit, the attitude of the manager, Danger, made me feel uncomfortable. His way of communicating was not very welcoming; I felt that his tone was harsh, defensive, and that he was not willing to listen to my concerns. In addition, the assistant manager was very persistent in encouraging me to accept additional services and changes, which made me feel pressured rather than properly advised. I would like to recognize and thank the older gentleman and the young man who worked on my vehicle, as both were very kind, respectful, and professional. They provided excellent customer service and deserve to be acknowledged. Unfortunately, my interaction with management affected my overall impression of this location. For this reason, I do not plan to return or recommend this store. I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity for improvement, because respectful, transparent service focused on the customer’s needs should always be a priority.

  Two days ago I had a flat repaired for $55.95. Yesterday, I got another nail in the same tire. At Tire Choice today, the manager said the tire can't be repaired because it is cracking and the tread depth is too low. When I told him I just had it repaired at his store two days ago, he said be didn't know who I saw then, but it's not repairable and all the tires have to be replaced. I told him that tires have a tread life warranty of 54,000 miles and the car only has 38,000 miles on it. He said

  First I will like to say the person at the counter who took care of me was very rude, I have the tire on the trunk of my car, and I have to take out myself, I am a 75 year old person. And the tire couldn’t be fixed, he recommended to buy a new one, he gave me different prices, I went with the least expensive, he didn’t even know the brand, told me it didn’t have any warranty, that I have to buy a 25.00 dollar warranty, also didn’t replace the stem, on my rush I didn’t read the invoice. I was charged about 16.00 for the tire stem, and also it said that the tire has a one year road hazard warranty. I was speaking his native language, Spanish, no gab on communication, so there was reason for misunderstanding. I had been in the store before, and this has being the first time I was treated with disrespect. Like company but this person doesn’t have the right attitude to be representing it.
